The sales associates are the best. I went on 4/4/25 in the evening to pick up an online order. The package had no name. It was hard to find it. They spent almost an hour looking for it till they found it. I’m so grateful I left the store with my dress and a few other beautiful goodies I found in the boutique. Thank you 🙏

While I do love JCrew, the location at Legacy West is a disappoint every single time I have been there. Unfriendly staff, doors closed before the closing hours. So strange for such an upscale area. I guess it’s just North Park from now on.

The fitting room employee was unbelievably rude, very unprofessional, very loud, and also when we asked what’s her name, that we can complaint about her poor performance , she lied and gave us a different name, we asked the manager to come with us to the fitting room, that we can show her to the manager, because the name she gave us, the manager couldn’t recognise. It’s unfortunate that JCrew type professional and classy stores are employing such of unprofessional employees!
This happened on 11/29 around 3pm.

I went to this location for stylist help and the associate I worked with named Belinda was the most amazing, hard-working, attentive person I have ever met! Not only was she assisting me, but she was also assisting 5+ different people with the same attention and positivity as she was the only associate on the floor. I went in to get an outfit to wear to an interview and she listened to my preferences, gave me styling tips, and laughed with me the whole time! It felt like I was shopping with a friend, and she gave me so much confidence.
The associates at the checkout were also so helpful and patient with me. They did everything they could to make sure I got the best value for my purchases which is appreciated more than they know. I honestly have never had such a positive experience in any other clothier before. Thank you Belinda and crew! ??

I love this store, the employees are very friendly and helpful. They use an excellent variety of materials and the quality and value for their clothes is exceptional. During the winter I love shopping their 100% cashmere collection and during the summer they have some clothing items that are 100% linen NOT linen blends, I’ve found it so difficult to shop for certain seasonal materials because companies cheapen the feel by doing a cashmere blend with viscose or polyester and some companies do linen and viscose blends which are just horrid. But I’ve found the quality and materials used at J Crew to be very exceptional if you can find the 100% cashmere and 100% linen or 100% cotton and stay away from the cheap blends. The pricing is very affordable and reasonable, I managed to purchase a pair of 100% linen shorts on sale for $25 I ended up getting them in every colour, the quality was impressive and comparable to what I’ve purchased at other stores for $400+.

Lisa, Pam and Melissa and Jane are super sweet and helpful. One thing I’m iffy about is pushiness but not here. Definitely recommend!

5 stars for very nice customer service from Pam. We had made a purchase of a Final Sale item but forgotten to use a gift card! Pam helped us return the item (bypassing the warnings because it was "Final Sale," which typically can't be returned) and re-buy it with a gift card. This is normally a slightly complex transaction because associates have trouble following, or don't know how to bypass a Final Sale return warning — but Pam knew EXACTLY what to do, and she did it so efficiently and effectively. Pam even gave me a new bag (and a Band-Aid!). Thank you Pam for making it so easy and painless!
