Don’t go here if your taxes are slightly complex. I was told they couldn’t help me with a 4852 document, then asked if I still wanted to file with them. Why would I want your service if you can’t help me with everything I need?! The whole point I went here was because of that document. Only go if you need help with W2 or 1099, but you should be able to do those on your own!?
