The lady was with knowledgeable with an outstanding personality she walked me through what she was doing made me feel very calm and comfortable I always have anxiety when I deal with the IRS but this time I had a very great experience. When you find great people like this they need to be rewarded . I'll be back next year.

I visited the location off 15th Street in Plano, Tx and both Rachel and Jerry are friendly and very knowledgeable about what do. They customer service is top notch. They actually call you back and follow up with you about your concerns. I think they are a great team. Thanks to both of you for your help and wisdom on getting my taxes filed.

I have been going here years and never had a problem with my taxes. Everyone is nice and friendly, I have never sat in silence waiting for them to finish my taxes. This year I had Jerry Spencer work on my taxes and he was very patient with me coming in to finish up, he was very professional and friendly. If you haven’t done your taxes you should stop by Jackson Hewitt on 15th St and see Jerry.
