I was in there 10/25 approximately 1pm. As soon as I walked in an older lady believe her name was Sylvia had greeted me very quickly which threw me off and immediately asked what I was in there for. I said I would like to look at charms for my moms 75th birthday approaching. This lady was abrasive and again it threw me off. I preceded to go look at the charms and every time I looked she was there. She was so close I could smell her. It started to make me very uncomfortable as I felt like I was being profiled. So I moved to another location and the same behavior was happening. I even tried to have someone else assist me but once I saw her approach I walked away and heard her say what did she want? I did not have a great experience and I rushed to get out of there. I told my husband about it when I got home and he encouraged me to write this review and return the 4 charms I purchased. Her customer service skills were atrocious and abrasive.

Love this location. Staff is always helpful, especially M.E. who helped me find the perfect ring size and made sure I was happy with my selection. I will definitely come back when the fall catalog drops

i love james avery jewelry and the brand but this was the worst location i’ve ever been to.
i called and asked if i could do an exchange and explained why and whoever i spoke to was very kind and said i could do it i just have to come in store. i went in and had the worst customer service experience i walked up to the counter and not one worker said anything or even smiled i started talking and showed cheryl (who seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else) my ring and she said “im not going to do this exchange for you there’s a scratch on this ring.” there’s no scratch… i asked her if she could show me and she wouldn’t i then asked if there was anything else i could do and she told me “nope but if you don’t want it sell it on ebay” and she walked away. if you live in plano just go to the JA in dillards i’m sure they have better service.

I bought my wife a necklace here and it was the smoothest and easiest experience ever. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Added some new pictures for their newer location. Visited here in the past and bought several crosses for my boys celebrating their baptism. Came here today to buy a cross for my daughter baptism during this trip.
What a delightful and memorable way to acknowledge her decision with something special from Texas.
Good design jewelry with a helpful staff.

Parker was rude, and unwilling to attend me. I was told she would help me and as I waited patiently standing right in front of her, she stared at me in a prejudiced manner. Her attitude was foul. I come here often and am always treated in a respectful way. I have never had an experience like this before at this location, how unfortunate that some employees treat their customers as such.

I live in South Dakota- we don’t have James Avery but everytime I visit Texas I go to James Avery and I have lots of pieces from them. Stopped by Friday right when they opened at 11. Really upset they wouldn’t clean my rings for me while I was in town and there. Also wanted to exchange my one ring for a different size and that was going to cost me money too. Very disappointed.

Ran in for a Quick gift. Didn't want to wait for Online delivery. Glad it was in Store. Now they had a In Store Engraver, it'd been Perfect. But the Lady was so Helpful Great as I just described it, Lol. She knew it. Will be coming back for Christmas

Dropping by Ylang 23 is always a wonderful experience. Everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They have an outstanding mix of designers. It's an iconic boutique in Dallas and it deserves its icon status!

I walked in and nobody offered to help me or even greeted me, I was there for like 15min looking around and everyone else after me was being greeted and helped, so I felt bad and decided to walk out. I found what I was looking but decided to go to a different location.
