I used to love this store, but in the last 4 months they are not true to the hours posted online OR on the door. I'm finding a new place, as today was the last straw.

TL;DR called everyday for a week to order a cake (with no answer any time), only to go in person to order a cake. Showed up to pick up the cake and they didn’t have any cakes and had to refund me.
Planning my dog’s first birthday party. I called the number listed on Google (which I later learned isn’t the business phone number - and that they don’t have one, despite having it listed). Finally drove up here on a Thursday to see if they had cakes on-hand. Was told because it was July 4th weekend they didn’t have any, but the woman working called her boss and checked the back and told me they had 1 cake left, undecorated. She took down notes on my dogs name and how to decorate it, set the pickup for 2pm Saturday, the day of the party, and I paid and left.
Came to pick it up after 2p Saturday and the workers told me that they weren’t told about any cakes and that the fridge was empty. So I’m without a cake with no time left to figure anything out, despite having done the order in person to avoid this exact situation.
We’ve come here periodically over the past 6 or so years (before it even changed hands/names from the barkery that was here before), and unfortunately the quality, service, and selection has gone down considerably in that time.

I had a mixed experience at this bakery. While the cake was lovely and the atmosphere is nice, the ice cream bar didn't agree with my dog and unfortunately caused some digestive issues. I recommend being cautious with the ice cream bar if you have a sensitive pet. Overall, the bakery has potential, but I would suggest exploring other options for pet treats.

Beat little store for your pet needs. Lady in there was very friendly and welcoming. Got out puppy some bison treats!

Great place we found while visiting for the Balloon Festival. My dogs loved the baked treats we brought them. I’ll definitely return when in the area.?

What a beautiful store with hand baked treats made in house in the back. Anna was so helpful the day we were there. Definitely worth a stop next time you are in old downtown Plano!

10/10 recommend. I bought a pup cake here for my dogs and it came out looking absolutely beautiful! The pups devoured their slice of cake. The employee who helped me was so sweet and even gave me cute little treat bags and ribbon to place the dog treats I bought in. Additionally, they have a ton of cute toys, treats, and etc to meet your dogs needs. I will definitely come here again!!

Our dog Harper and us love to come to this store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We've bought delicious treats for special occasions (bday pawties), harnesses and toys.The store is always organized, clean and it feels good to look around.Support small businesses like this one!! <3

Really good customer service.They had lots of items you wouldn't see at Walmart or the regular pet store.Nice little boutique shop with tasty treats,toys,dog lifters,lots of cute pet apparel of all shapes and sizes.All kinds of adorable accessories for your furry friend.
