I wish I could give them zero star, as they not only charged me twice for the same oil change, but also, after multiple request, have not returned my money. I am fighting the dispute with my credit card company now, but will never ever get my vehicle serviced from this location.
Update:
This experience is becoming more and more horrible. Jiffy's district manager Samantha DiTata emailed me and promised a quick refund. Dijae Manning, the assistant manager of the service location called and asked me to fill in, sign, and provide my bank info for ACH credit and said it would be resolved by the late afternoon of the same day. Hoping for a quick resolution I did what he asked. To my dismay that didn't happen. So I reconnected with assistant manager Dijae and asked him to give me the corporate phone number or at least the number of the manager he reports to. He gave me the same number I called to talk to him. When I questioned him about that he said he had no phone number of corporate or the person he reports to. I feel tricked by these people again for stealing my bank info. This is so wrong!

Fantastic Service. Very pleased with my interaction with Steven and Crew! They went above the normal call of Customer Service when they didn't have to. This is how you attract , Maintain and retain customers. Keep up the excellent customer service.
