Enjoyed shopping at Johnston & Murphy again today; previously I had only purchased shoes but today I found some great shirts along with an outerwear pull over. Our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, going to the back several times just to find my size. Wonderful shopping experience and will be buying clothes from them again in the future; highly recommend this store and brand for men's clothing, shoes, and accessories.

Supposed to open at noon. Waited around for over an hour. Nobody showed up. And they had very little leather products from what I saw through the window. Not impressed.

To keep these are the most comfortable shoes I can find. They have so many styles and prices to fit any budget. Their shoes seem to last a really long time which is good because I do a lot of walking at work. The sales staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Horrible customer service! Noah, the manager, is sarcastic and has no clue about customer service. I have made a lot of purchases at J&M over the years but no longer intend to. J&M lost a customer because Noah wanted to squabble over a broken tube of shoe polish. He would not replace a tube of polish I previously purchased that had split apart at the seam. For a $9(at retail) tube of shoe polish Noah and J&M lost a customer! Plus, he gets negative publicity and a 1 star review rating. Classic textbook case!

I purchased a tube of shoe polish in 2018. The seams of the tube burst and the polish leaked out everywhere. When I returned the busted tube for a replacement they would do nothing. They said it was over a year old and I would have to purchase a new one, which I did. I would think a tube of shoe polish would last longer that one-two years!

I came in to get at least 3 pairs of the Italian crafted shoes. All I wear are Johnston & Murphy and Allen Edmonds. As I was trying on the first pair I wanted, the 1 employee started bashing me about my Allen Edmonds I had just bought, and got super nosy and tried to go through my bag to see what I got. He was making fun of me on how much I spent, how they probably weren't the top of the line ones and said he could charge me more for the ones I wanted with Johnston & Murphy. I ended up just getting one pair because I didn't like this guy at all, and wanted to get out. Joke was on him, because I did get the top of the line shoes from Allen Edmonds... I went back up to Allen Edmonds to get more shoes, 4 sets of shoes trees and a belt just because of how bad the Johnston & Murphy experience was.

Came in to buy colored laces. The guy with the nose ring wouldn't stop talking long enough to charge my card and let me leave. I understood they were $4 a peace or 10 for $20. But I can only say no so many times so rather then getting the laces I wanted I left feeling defeated with nothing at all. Not a good shopping experience at all. And a waste of a trip to NorthPark.
