Our truck stalled out due to electrical issues and the police department called them out. They came out quick, hooked up a jump/charger and got my truck running to get it off the road. They didn't charge me anything. Nicest driver, unfortunately I can't read his name on the business card he signed. Highly recommend them.

So these guys go into my daughter’s high school and just start towing all these students cars they give them a warning for a couple hours while the kids are in school. They don’t even know that there’s a warning put on the car. It’s disgusting 4 or more of their tow trucks go in the parking lot and just look for cars to tow And it’s the parents that have to eat the bill. I will never use them as a Towe Company

The damage from the wreck was bad enough...but, now I am told by the collision center it will probably be totaled because the Jordan Tow truck driver put the hooks into my frame and punched holes in it and pulled it out of alignment....will need a new frame..which Progressive will probably declare it a 'totaled vehicle'...my vehicle will be very difficult to replace for the money Progressive is willing to pay....so, I will be talking to the folks at Jordan and see if they stand behind their service in situations like this

The driver who towed the truck, very, very friendly, but the driver who serves is very rude, I asked him a question about how long I could remove the vehicle, Since I needed a driver with CDL and his response was... It's not my problem... I think they should give that lady more manners

Very unprofessional service, and it is very expensive. took very long time to move cars, and lots scratches on bodies, their attitudes were very rude and don’t compensate. I will never use their service again.

I had my semi truck break a drive shaft on the North Dallas Tollway and my driver was able to make it off to the service road. The DPS showed up and claimed it was impeding traffic and they would not let me set up my own tow. I had a quote for $1000 but the state, DNT or both get kicked back for dispatching these criminals who charged over double what L&L quoted. The DPS forced us to use them. Jordan Towing charged $2145 even after they knew I owned a car dealership and knew it was highway robbery. Rip off artists like these guys need to be shut down. I don’t know how anyone can do that and be able to live with themselves. Absolute scum bags.

My husband and I broke down on the side of the highway coming home from a trip. We were right on a freeway entrance so kind of scary with all the cars we called Jordan towing they got to us in less than 30 minutes drove us all the way across town to our home fast friendly excellent service would absolutely recommend this 100% of the time

After waiting for 2 hours for my turn for service Mark pulls up and texts me, Oh never mind now just got sent on a police call sorry, bud and drove away and left me standing in the street. Called dispatch and she said, oh he will be right back, never came back. Called Signature towing and got it done. If you can’t do the job then don’t say you can, basically they just continue to lie to you to keep you on the hook till they have time for you.

The worst towing company ever!!!!!! I got towed twice by them. The first time was my fault as I was switched by car in the portal. Forgot and parked by old car. Again by fault so I paid it off.
The second time, I halted my car in front of the apartment for literally one minute and had hazard lights on to drop something off at home. In literally ONE minute they towed by car. When I was back, I was literally running behind them. They saw me and still chose to drive away. This is completely absurd and crazy. I had somewhere really urgent to be as well.COMPLETLY INHUMANE. REALLY REALLY BAD! I URGE EVERYONE READING THIS PLEASE CHOOSE A BETTER TOWING COMPANY. EVEN APARTMENT CORPORATIONS READING THIS, CHOOSE A BETTER TOWING COMPANY. THEYRE MONEY GREEDY

Pray your never have to deal with this place there customer service is a joke, they will not refit your phone calls, they are rude and unprofessional they treat you like your a criminal or something to get a car that was stolen from my shop then they wanted between 3-400 on top the impound fee to tow I 3.5 miles back to the shop it was stolen from because it’s “wrecked “ 2 flat tire is not wreaked
