I feel bad that it seems several other customers have had such a bad experience but so far, I've been very pleased with the gentleman I've worked with. My only complains are that they close at 4pm! The other issue is they don't have sample size paint containers. I know you mainly work with contractors so the hours and sample size paint probably isn't an issue for those folks, but in order to serve everyone better, I do think closing even just an hour later and selling sample size paint would really help. Juat my two cents.

The team at KM east Plano is made up of seasoned pros who sell the best products on the market. Prices beat the box stores and SWP every time. Highly recommend. Tina is a rockstar and I've enjoyed doing business with her for over a decade in this industry.

Tina was extremely rude and refused service to my husband who is a Deaf contractor. He purchased a pole for his roller in Denton, his job today is in Garland, and he brought the receipt to exchange the roller because there is a slight bend. She doesn’t sign, most people don’t I get that, but she understood what he wanted because when my husband FaceTimed me to interpret I heard her saying, “he says it’s bent I don’t see where??”

*update below after speaking with Shane (rep for KM)* Tina was extremely rude and refused service to my husband who is a Deaf contractor. He purchased a pole for his roller in Denton, his job today is in Garland, and he brought the receipt to exchange the roller because there is a slight bend. She doesn't sign, most people don't I get that, but she understood what he wanted because when my husband FaceTimed me to interpret I heard her saying, "he says it's bent I don't see where??" I explained he feels it when he's rolling, he just wants to exchange it for another one in store, she said he'd need to go BACK to Denton (40 min away!) because SHE couldn't see it! What??? Then she says, "I asked another contractor here and he doesn't see it" to which I replied, "he doesn't work there you shouldn't involved any contractors with other customers" she became defensive and said, "well you were not in the phone and we didn't know what he wanted" (except I HEARD you when I got on the phone say "he says it's bent" YOU just wanted him to prove it because YOU couldn't see it!) It doesn't matter if you can't see it, he feels it when he's using it! Regardless, if he has the damn receipt that should be enough to exchange it and go on with your day instead of belittling him and insisting he prove it to you! Completely rude and unprofessional to bring other customers in the store into this matter because she's not capable of handling an exchange. I don't know if she was discriminating because he's Deaf and she didn't want to do his exchange? If that's the case she needs to be promoted to customer. Otherwise, it'd be best to teach your employers some *patience* and, more importantly, teach them that your company policy of exchanges doesn't get pushed aside because she expects everyone to prove their case up to HER standards. **update** Shane called to discuss the incident and apologized multiple times. He states he did already speak with Tina regarding the incident, because she explained her side when he visited the store that day, and he said after getting our side of the incident he will again speak to her to ensure she is fully aware of all the issues that took place. Thank you, Shane, for taking care of the incident and ensuring proper education take place to avoid this from happening in the future.

These guys are serious paint pros and very friendly. I'm sure they can answer all your questions and direct you appropriately. Give them a try especially if you have had less than great experiences with their competition around the corner like I did.
