I stopped by today to look around at the new Love Shack Fancy collection pieces. I was greeted by several kind team members and the store manager, Jessica, was so helpful and sweet! I will definitely be back to this location!

Lost my business when they changed their policy on replacements. These necklaces tarnish so quickly with regular wear and they used to replace them if you came in with your old necklaces that were worn out. Why would I come back if I consistently have to replace my chains, and have to pay to do so? At that point I'd end up buying a new necklace every year... Their old policy made it at least somewhat worthwhile to purchase them, because at least if it got too worn out they'd replace it (like a warranty). If I'm being charged this much money to maintain your poor-quality necklaces, I'd rather just buy a different necklace that I won't need to replace at all. 🤷🏼♀️

Do NOT BUY THEIR JEWELRY!!! I drove 15
miles to store with original receipt to return or get a credit on my jewelry that TURNED & looked rotted. The girl would not do anything except give me a 20% discount IF I BOT Something NEW! Oh heck no! I’m not spending another cent on a jeweler that does NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR OWN JEWELRY!!! People THINK BEFORE U BUY THEIR “DISPOSABLE JEWELRY “ Not worth it!!!

My family and I had one of the most disappointing shopping experiences at this location. We were excited to come in and shop for my wife’s birthday trip, as she has spent a lot of money with Kendra Scott over the years at different stores. Unfortunately, this will be the last time.
We were the only family of color in the store, and while we were standing there waiting, every customer who came in after us was greeted and asked if they needed help except us. After standing for nearly 10 minutes without being acknowledged, we decided to leave.
Whether intentional or not, the lack of acknowledgment spoke volumes. No customer should feel invisible, overlooked, or unwelcome, especially in a brand that prides itself on community and inclusivity. Kendra Scott lost our business today, and sadly ruined what should have been an exciting birthday shopping experience for my wife.
We hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to recognize that every customer deserves respect and acknowledgment regardless of color.

Horrible customer service. Went to pick up an online order. Didn’t mind waiting a few minutes, the rep put in a gift box and bag and walked away? Another lady walked up shortly after and asked if I needed help, I told her I was picking up an order, which was bagged up but didn’t know if I needed to sign something or if I was good to go because the rep walked away without saying anything. She chuckled and said I was good…..well alrighty then.
When I picked up from another location a month ago, I was shown the necklaces before they were boxed up, the rep was nice and didn’t rush the transaction. Maybe the location at The Shops need to observe how Watters Creek treats their customers.

I always have a fantastic experience shopping at Kendra Scott! The selection of beautiful jewelry is stunning and always on-trend. Leslie is incredibly friendly and helpful, making every visit enjoyable. I also want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Dani, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer is well taken care of. I truly love shopping at Kendra Scott and appreciate what the company stands for!

Staff were kind and were able to get me what I needed from the back. Store needs more customer service work. Me nor my mom were greeted and stood around looking for a while, didnt get offered help until I asked. Only giving 3 stars because the necklace I purchased was beautiful. From now on I will only be placing pick up orders to avoid the discomfort.

They won’t refund your money at all. If you purchase something and want to return it a few days later, they make you get a store credit. What a totally scam, and terrible business.

they do. it offer good customer service here. I purchased a pair of $150 earrings and their tarnished so I asked if they’re something they could do w d the manager was:
“there’s nothing we can do except offer you our customer service which is the same as the discount we have going on because I am being nice”
so you are offering me nothing … I walked away and then she rolled her eyes at me. i’ve been a loyal customer with KS but definitely not going to this store.
