I had a Kohls coupon for 30% off. When I got there and picked out my items. They told me that the coupon was only for their items and not name brand items. It didn’t say that anywhere on the coupon. So I guess don’t expect them to keep their word. Also their online suuuuucks. So I decided I will get my items from somewhere else, which suck because I used to like Kohls.

An employee by the name of Nancy needs to go into another line of work. She lied about several things during my checkout and got angry when I called her out. I had to argue and stand my ground just to save money. I left feeling angry and disgusted with the way she treated me and the person before me. I have no intention of going back to Kohls.

Your typical Kohl's. Nice big parking lot, easy access. Enter and you'll almost always know what season it is because they'll have some colorful items near the front door to remind you and inspire you. I do enjoy the selection of clothing for everyone in the family. Love their clearance sales the most! What I do not love is the check-out where you're funneled through a line. The problem is that people from the front and side of the store constantly walk in front of you, push others aside, and go to the back of the line, OR they downright cut in front of you. Not pleasant. The employees are okay, but the store seems understaffed at times. Anyway, if they have what you were looking for, it is worth it.

My visit to Kohl’s was fine, they were out of stock on so many items but I was still able to find something for myself and my husband. Very friendly employees throughout the store until I went up to check out. The cashier never looked up to speak to me. I was paying with $40 Kohl’s cash and I was also going to use my credit card. I had a 20% off coupon and a 30% off if I used my Kohl’s credit card. When I showed her my two coupons, she looked at me with frustration and said that the coupons were invalid or ineligible. I asked her why since I should at the least be able to use the 30% off for using my credit card. Her response was the same with no explanation. So we paid then left the store. I called the number on the back of my card and that’s when I saw that there were certain restrictions on branded shoes. So if she would have said something I think it might have been a smoother and more delightful experience. Thank your taking the time to read my email.

The store was a bit of a mess with product laying around, not on the appropriate size labeled Hangers, etc.

It's understandable–but still somewhat annoying–that the Amazon return drop is in the far southwest corner of the store, far from either entry door.
Otherwise the place is fine.
