I would like to commend Leslie for her outstanding assistance. I was searching for a KitchenAid mixer as a Christmas gift for my daughter but couldn’t locate one initially. Leslie was not only available but also eager to help. Although the mixer wasn’t in the cookware section, she went above and beyond to find it in another part of the store. Her kindness and dedication made all the difference and ensured my daughter had a wonderful Christmas. Thank you so much, Leslie!

Walked in to make a return. Purchases & returns handled by same cashiers. Must have been 20 people in line. Walked out & went to Old Denton store. They have separate cashier handling returns. Completed return in two minutes. Much more efficient.
