Please STOP instructing your cashiers to do the "Wooohooo!" Cheers when someone makes a donation. It sounds fake and makes everyone feels very uncomfortable. A "thank you" is more than enough. Other than that, the Kroger app for the coupons isn't very user friendly, and it would be really nice if the app account is connection with my Kroger membership card because it would make a lot sense.

Just left a cart full of groceries with the lady at self check out, at 6pm on a Tuesday night they had no lanes staffed for check out except self check. I guess I'll do without or take my business to a store that offers staffed check out lines.

Shuts down and blocks one side of store before 7:00 PM on a Monday with a crowded store full of customers. Also on that same side they closed those self check out stations. This has gone on for almost 3 months. I'm not sure corporate knows this is going on. Might want to check into the acting manager operation and procedures. Customer service is not something he/she is concerned about. Emailed corp about this today so hopefully it changes soon. It's nice having a Kroger 2 blocks from home.

A Caucasian employee had taken $42 from my mom today for gas and only put in $22 for her pump. When approached, he argued with her that she was wrong. My mother is a disabled senior who was scared because the employee threatened to write her license plate down. After tense arguing, she ended up getting her $20 back. I understand it’s a gas station but possible theft from the elderly is intolerable.

Air machine could be better. Good thing is that it accepts credit cards with contactless payments and also with your phone you can pay using NFC, I tried with Google Pay on my Android and it worked without issues.The problem is that even though you set the air pressure you want, the machine never tells you when you reached that pressure and instead of stopping or beeping, just like others, to let you know that tire has been inflated to the value you set, it just continues pumping air causing you to overinflate the tire, so need to keep an eye on that. From the distance I couldn't see the screen to see if it displays something or not to indicate you have reached the desired air pressure.

I'm quite confused as to how a grocery store can have a 2.5 star rating. I've been here many times, and have had no troubles at all. Kroger associates are nice and helpful, the itty bitty Starbucks is the same way. We all have good days and bad days. If someone is, in your mind, not friendly or smiling, consider the look and attitude you yourself are projecting... it is a transaction of sorts, right? If you project negative, why are you assuming positive back? Think about it. And please...complaining about the store being dirty? Really? It's a grocery store with very good hours and constant customers walking in and out. And it looks fine, it isn't a hotel room or a hospital you're reviewing, haha. The way things are right now, we're all lucky we have a store with employees willing to show up, and we're lucky they have things to stock the shelves with. So in summary, give respect, get respect.* *This works other places too, not just Kroger. Let's go...Kroger!

This place gives me the creeps. Idk what is going on, but Kroger needs to re-amp this spot. The wood is wayyyyyy to dry here. Burns in 30 min. Also the workers here seem pissed off at the world. It's cant be that bad to work here, but if I feel creeped out. This may be why they don't like it here.

Definitely not my favorite grocery store but they do usually have everything I need. My first visit here they had to swipe my card twice due to system fail and guaranteed it wouldn't be charged twice, but it was. They did give me a store credit since it took several business days for my Card to be refunded. It's also usually not super clean.

I was literally followed by this man, who called me a jack a** for not wearing my mask I then said God Bless You and he then told me to shut up you piece of s**** management told him nothing but proceeded to tell me to put a mask on. Mask mandate has been lifted I shouldn't be scared to walk around a store and be harassed by a man.
