Went tonight to pick up a couple things. Went by a man with a dog on leash. Caught up with them on the next aisle and the dog took a crap on the floor. Guy left it. Sorry folks. Dogs don't belong in a grocery store. Home Depot yes. Kroger needs to police this. Unacceptable.

I've never had a problem with the service here. It's actually a great supermarket with tons of selections. But I am so tired of being harassed by the spectrum people in the front of the aisles! It seriously doesn't make me want to go to the store because even after I say no, they still want to bother me. And then if I pass them again, they make jokes and laugh at those who say no thank you. If it were up to me, I would never have them back in the store.

Best E85 in town. Kroger's E85 is by far the best. I am constantly getting E80 here. Most places are E68!

Can i give it a 0 stars? I tried to use digital coupon and did not know that you can't split the transaction. My coupon did not work because it was not considered a single transaction. Went to customer service for help. The customer service clerk refused to help, seemed he was enjoying the fact that I made mistake and he can say NO. He proudly said I DO NOT CARE when I mentioned bad customer service and review. I called the manager. Manager said that he will have a talk with him later. No help, no price correction. I did not made my purchase. I will never go again to Kroger at 9700 Coit Rd, Plano, TX or any other Kroger for that matter.

The florist, Shiva, at this Kroger location is amazing! I picked out some flowers and she arranged them all beautifully. I can tell how much she cares about her job and her passion to be a florist. She is so kind and is my new go to whenever I need flower arrangements :)

Still the worst place ever, from the first day of operation. No clean, not stocked well, and lack of professional workers. Glad it is closing.

I echo the other review about the bakery. I was in there tonight as well and I believe the last review is the gentleman who was in front of me in line. We spoke briefly as we were both departing the store about leaving a Yelp review. The woman managing the bakery tonight was awful. Her conduct was reprehensible. After seeing how the other customer was treated I didn't worry about speaking to the Manager. Instead I simply bought a couple of canned goods and decided to buy the cupcakes from another store with friendlier employees. I just moved to the area and tonight was my first time in this Kroger store. It will also be my last.

The one star is for the bakery. The older blond haired woman who works in the bakery at this location weeknights is incredibly rude on a consistent basis. Tonight was the second time in about six weeks I've had to deal with her, and tonight I walked out and got my cake from Market Street. I was in there tonight looking for a birthday cake and for about 15 minutes the blond woman ignored me as she did tasks in the back. I know she saw me at least three times.. When another employ walked back to speak with her and pointed out that she had a customer she looked at me as if she wanted to shoot me, walked up and stared at me for a few seconds apparently waiting for me to speak. Finally she said "did you want something?" and I told her yes, I wanted a cake. I then pointed at one of the birthday cakes and asked her if it was white cake. She said "what does the sign say" and I told her there wasn't a sign next to it just one below that said marble. She replied "then its marble" and turned around. So incredibly rude. I spoke to the manager and he was great, wanted to go find the cake I wanted and 'make it right'. I just told him the way he can make it right would be to go tell that woman to either be nice to customers or leave, and I'd get the cake from somewhere else. I appreciated the manager's generosity but I was so put off that I truly didn't want anything from that stupid bakery.I used to love Kroger but now I can't wait for HEB to open. We like to buy bakery goods and from my years in San Antonio I know I would never be treated like I was tonight (and six weeks ago) at HEB.
