Never had any problems with this pharmacy at all. Seems like some people maybe were just having a bad day when they wrote their review.

Have called multiple times and every time I start speaking they cut me off mid sentence with "date of birth". is it that hard to be polite? Also the first time i called, my prescription had been sent to them over a week prior and they still seemed to have not ordered it in and that my call was what spurred them to order. Still waiting on my meds four days later.

It’s getting harder and harder to have my prescriptions filled here in a decent amount of time. I’m now going into day 5 of waiting on my cholesterol medications. About to change pharmacies…I thought it was my Dr. Nope she recent the RX at the beginning of the day. I called the pharmacy to be sure they received it. They said yep we’re working on it and still nothing. It was originally turned In Friday midday and now it’s going into Tuesday morning…

Called after my prescription got sent to the wrong pharmacy and was told I needed to call the other Kroger to have them do (I forget the phrasing) whatever action was needed so the intended pharmacy could fill it. The woman at the other pharmacy mentioned multiple times that it was actually the pharmacist job to have called them and that it was weird they had me call. I then called the intended pharmacy back to have them start filling it and I mentioned what the other pharmacist said about how it was her place to have called, not mine. She said “that’s great but there’s only two people here so if you wanted it to get done..” and kind of trailed off. I just think it’s unprofessional that I was basically told to do someone’s job for them? I felt like what was communicated was very much “if you didnt do my job for me I certainly wasnt going to” I get that it’s hard to be short staffed but at what point do you just decide to displace responsibility onto the customer. Very weird.

Pulling my prescriptions out and transferring to another pharmacy. They are continually understaffed, the drive through is not open so if you are ill you must go inside and spread your germs, Kenan is disrespectful and unhelpful. Finally sick of it.

I'm quite confused as to how a grocery store can have a 2.5 star rating. I've been here many times, and have had no troubles at all. Kroger associates are nice and helpful, the itty bitty Starbucks is the same way. We all have good days and bad days. If someone is, in your mind, not friendly or smiling, consider the look and attitude you yourself are projecting... it is a transaction of sorts, right? If you project negative, why are you assuming positive back? Think about it. And please...complaining about the store being dirty? Really? It's a grocery store with very good hours and constant customers walking in and out. And it looks fine, it isn't a hotel room or a hospital you're reviewing, haha. The way things are right now, we're all lucky we have a store with employees willing to show up, and we're lucky they have things to stock the shelves with. So in summary, give respect, get respect.* *This works other places too, not just Kroger. Let's go...Kroger!

This place gives me the creeps. Idk what is going on, but Kroger needs to re-amp this spot. The wood is wayyyyyy to dry here. Burns in 30 min. Also the workers here seem pissed off at the world. It's cant be that bad to work here, but if I feel creeped out. This may be why they don't like it here.

Definitely not my favorite grocery store but they do usually have everything I need. My first visit here they had to swipe my card twice due to system fail and guaranteed it wouldn't be charged twice, but it was. They did give me a store credit since it took several business days for my Card to be refunded. It's also usually not super clean.

Efficient but very slow filling a prescription, but use Kroger has the best prices with Good RX savings .

I was literally followed by this man, who called me a jack a** for not wearing my mask I then said God Bless You and he then told me to shut up you piece of s**** management told him nothing but proceeded to tell me to put a mask on. Mask mandate has been lifted I shouldn't be scared to walk around a store and be harassed by a man.
