My experience today has been unacceptable. I understand that it is a holiday, but i got a text this morning saying my prescription is ready. The pharmacy was not only closed, but they told the elderly woman in front of me that they would "be right back" and she sat there and they never came back.If they are closing at 2:00, they need to have that posted outside with the store hours, or include it in the prescription texts. I am completely out of my medication and there is nothing I can do since there is nobody who can transfer it to a pharmacy which is open.I spoke with a manager, who at first actedlike he knew nothing of them being closed today. Then he pointed to a TINY sign and said "oh they are all closed." Apparently he hadnt known either but had the gall to act like I was stupid for not knowing. Not only that, but he insinuated that if I rely on a medication that I SHOULD know. This rude, disrespectful and unsympathetic man has no place in management, and I say that as someone who has worked management in the industry. I hate writing bad reviews but unfortunately this one is warranted. Can't remember his name as my mind was on the situation, but he was an older man, I think his name was Robert or something along those lines.Everyone there was rude and completely unsympathetic with the situation. You cant mess with peoples medications. This is something extremely important and full transparency needs to be made if they are closing early. Even if I had seen that tiny sign, it would have already been too late since I was already there.I am now going without very important medication thanks to Kroger's negligence.100% unacceptable behavior by Kroger and its staff. If they had even shown an ounce of sympathy and not talked down to me, maybe I could forgive them neglecting to tell me that I could not get life saving medication today. This isn't even my first horrible experience here! Last month, a woman who had no idea what she was doing assisted me at the pharmacy. She was a complete mess and gave me someone else's medications initially. It took 20 minutes to pick up two prescriptions. I'm pretty sure she was not even a pharmacist!

I used to shop here quite regularly, but I'm so disappointed with their misleading pricing (watch your receipt) and rude employees. Even corporate does not follow through. Off I go. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have lost my tolerance for Kroger's marketing crap. I was ok with them having my phone number in order to get the sale prices. But this latest monkey business with "buy 5 or more" and get a different sales price AND the moronic digital coupons that require you to login to the Kroger app (you can't get internet access in the back half of the store) and clip the coupon is time consuming and klugy. I have been a loyal Kroger customer for over 2 decades. But this is it. As convenient as this store is and the staff is nice, i am not shopping here anymore.

These people work hard and will make an extra effort to help with what you need. Top notch.

This grocery store is the best. There are people on the floor to help you. Store is clean and welcoming. Checking out the clerks unload your cart and baggers bag your groceries. Tom Thumb used to be my store but they run using a skeleton staff. No one is on floor to assist you. It's mainly 'check yourself out'. If you go to a line with a person you have to unload your groceries and put in cart. Service here used to be the best but now it's an upscale Walmart. Kroger is much more customer friendly.

So you want to run to the grocery store and pick up some essentials after a long day of getting 10 spam calls on your phone? Sounds fun; but wait! While you're shopping some sleaze bag will interrupt your personal time by trying to get you to sign up for some shitty thing that they couldn't sell unless they were scamming people inside a store. Kroger puts up with this nonsense. If I'm already at the store, I'm buying things; but that's just not good enough is it? Kroger? They hire 3rd party a** bags to try and get you signed up for even more scammy crap and if you ignore the s*** buckets pedaling their scams, they'll have the absolute gall to passively aggressively say "NO SAVINGS FOR YOU!!!". I won't ever be back to Kroger. Bonus annoyance: The checkers here suck and try to get all in your business by asking what you're making and inspecting the food items that you're buying while offering their shitty opinions on Kraft vs Velveeta.

I like this Kroger but heaven forbid you should ever need help at the Customer Service desk. I have needed help twice and unfortunately got Debbie both times. Without a doubt she is the rudest person in the store. I have had great experiences with the cashiers, deli counter, meat department, produce etc. That is why it is so shocking that they would allow such a surly, unfriendly, rude person to be the face of Customer Service. Why management at this great store would allow this woman to work there, is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and ask for someone else if you ever need help because she makes you feel like you are the scum of the earth for seeking help.

Do not order online unless you LOVE frustration and being taken advantage of and overcharged!!! This is a recent change and I'm exhausted by the entire process.

Kroger is my favorite grocer. Maybe because they are so convenient. Maybe out of habit. I do know when I've went to other stores like Tom Thumb to pick up products that might have been on sale, I was shocked at the prices of the items I usually purchase. I do shop around a lot on sales but when it comes down to just running up to get something- I can count on Kroger to have it at a fair price

We have been loyal Kroger customers forever over 25 years. Customer service , produce and ability to find items had been excellent. over the past 5 years, customer experience and employee engagement has gradually declined. Over the past year, the quality of produce is horrible, many items are months expired, long waits to check out, frustrated employees, etc. The store is close to my house but I have found other grocery stores and avoid this Kroger unless I'm desperate. Hope they can get their act together since the new grocery store in Plano ( opening Fall 2022) will knock their socks off!!

Unfortunately I have come here to join all the other recent reviewers with my single star. This is by far the worst Kroger I've ever been to. I keep coming back in hopes there will be improvement and I still do a lap through the produce and leave empty handed every time. The onions, for example, are ALWAYS covered in flies/gnats. They are constantly moldy and old. They are normally out of serrano peppers and zucchinis, two of my staple items. The staff is incredibly slow and I would prefer to do self checkout here, even with a full cart and a toddler. The Kroger a few miles north off of 121 is always well stocked and worth the drive. I'm hoping this Kroger can make some changes before it closes down, as the location is amazingly convenient!

Prescription was not ready on time and pharmacist was not knowledgeable. Very odd experience.

Fairly good store - always clean, good selection of goods, moderate pricing puts them under Market Street, Tom Thumb, Central Market ... But, always lacks staffing with few checkers and no baggers ... Stacks of products positioned in every aisle blocks traffic and access to groceries ... Nice deli but terrible bakery section ... Wonderful produce section but constantly have to navigate around restocking.

We have a long loved the pharmacy even though they have a high turnover rate (which leads to lots of mistakes!!) because Frank the pharmacist has been a good manager to his pharmacy techs and knocked them back into line when they perform errors. However, we have experienced ROXANNA breaking the law two times in the last four months. We are switching to Spring Creek Pharmacy that is family owned and extremely caring to their patients. Moving forward, I will be voting with my dollars.
