I had my car scratched by supermarket employees in the parking lot of Kroger Supermarket at 2925 Custer Rd, Plano, TX 75075. Avoid this place. The employee with the cart will just stand there

This place has improved quite a bit over the last year or so. They are now my go-to store again. However, always be prepared to have to uninstall and reinstall the app on a regular basis. New edit. This place. This company. So, if you order for pickup on the app an offer of buy 2 get 2 and one of the "free" items you ask for isn't available and they cannot find a substitute, you will be charged full price for all three items! Even though you bought the 2 to get the 2 free. They will literally charge you more for getting less. Does that make any sense? I am paying more for less at this store (really Kroger in general).

The day manager of this store is so rude to his employees. He should be fired. Who can I report him ro for the way he treats them. He would not let one employee go to the bathroom to relieve themselves. He kept tell the employee to hold it. After three hours the person could not hold any longerr and went to the bathroom. They got written up for this. This is a shame. They way they treat their employees is terrible. I am a Kroger shopper and this really bothers me. They don't pay their people enough. This is a shame. Also, if they call in sick, he says they need to come to work anyway. The employee is afraid to report them that they would lose their job. They need the job even though they don't get paid near enough.

My mother went to get my daughters cake and this is what she came back with. After hearing the story, I am so shocked they allowed her to walk out the store with this. I cannot stop shaking my head that she spent $40 on a diy cake that we could have done ourselves for less. NEVER GET A CAKE FROM HERE!!!!!!

Placed an order for a cake on Tuesday January 21st to be picked up for Saturday January 25th, wanted a Sonic cake. They instructed me that they don't have any Sonic figures, I told them that I would get the figures and drop them off. I wasn't able to drop off the figures the following day. I dropped off the figures on Thursday January 23rd, they then told me that they were unable to make my cake due to a "quota" I instructed the manager and after an agreement was reached, they came to the decision they were going to make my cake but at another location and bring it back to this location. When I went to pick up the cake, this is what was handed to me. I could have done this myself. I'm definitely not satisfied with their work or the way they handle business, this is so very unprofessional.

I like this Kroger and the convinience and I have shopped here for many years. But this store has been struggling and decaying the last couple of years. It was revamped a few years ago and they messed up the flow of the store. Some aisles seem smaller than others, Bread and picnic for example. The deli is slow and constantly burning food. The produce is lacking freshness and is too small. They run out of items and bags constantly. The meat and cheese areas are always blocked by pallets and run out of items as well. The cashiers are courteous but customers are always bagging for themselves. This is one of the few stores that always has carts available and the parking area is never cluttered with runaway carts. I hate giving the store a bad review but they need help.

I sent a friend to this Kroger yesterday. She was going to buy Kern's Apricot Nectar. A lot of 12 oz cans. Whatever size they are. They were all stuck together. Due to the rough handling of the Stock Men. They load up those shelves so fast, they break everything! I needed at least 10 cans of Kern's Apricot Nectar. But nooooo. She told me they were all glued together like superglue. Kroger...clean up your Kern's Apricot Nectar...I want ALL of them. Happy Holidays!

Why do you pay to keep WiFi running that hasn't worked in years?? What a waste. Just fix it already.

I’ve been shopping at Kroger for years, and this location continues to impress me. The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to find whatever I need. The variety of products is fantastic, with fresh produce, quality meats, and a wide selection of pantry items. I particularly appreciate the friendly and helpful staff—they always greet you with a smile and are quick to assist if you need anything.
The self-checkout lanes are efficient, and the regular checkout lines move quickly, even during busy hours. I also love the digital coupons and rewards program that saves me money every visit. Overall, this Kroger is a reliable go-to for all my grocery needs. Highly recommend!

There is a Cashier man in that location , he discriminated me , he didn’t even put my stuff in the bag, he was treating other customer's so nice but he was so rude with me, all the customers should be treated with fairness and respect, regardless of their choice of identification.
I hope this matter can be addressed promptly to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
