It's 10pm
If the store is open til 1am why can't pickup my order! This is wild. There is no one there to give me my order!! The one off Preston would have given me my order.

An employee just looked me dead in the eyes and told me, unironically, that Kroger does not accept Kroger gift cards.
I don’t think I’m expecting too much from people; this is just absurd honestly lol.

Hispanic woman harassed me while checking out at self checkout near the Lottery station 2/3/25 11:30 am but she did not bother the older white man next to me that was checking out.

Did not have a good visit. Some customers did not care if there was a line for the self service kiosks, they just went right up to one when it became open, cutting people in line. All the hand baskets were highly stacked at only one entrance. No organization at all at this store.

(Contacted by Kroger a week after this review) The store manager Kelly was so Rude to me and was very blunt in saying yes I am rude to you. She did not even let me explain my complaint and this was the worst ever experience I had in a grocery store. I tried to complain to her about the impolite and disrespectful attitude of an employee but she was even more rude that was very disgraceful.

Pharmacy staff was rude. Not sure what is accomplished by being rude to customers? Staff was rude to the customer in front of me as well
