All their workers are very friendly but there is a girl named Angela who is very polite and kind and Mr. Steven is a very attentive gentleman with any detail to improve customer service. Congratulations to both of them.

I bought Parmesan cheese there yesterday and supposedly it doesn’t expire for another month, but there was mold inside it when I opened it and I’m pregnant. This is very dangerous. I saw several opened and spoiled packages of food while I was shopping the employees need to take better care of the place.

Hi There. Greetings. The Kroger located at the intersection of Independence Pkwy and Legacy is amazing indeed. The store is neat and clean and well organized.
A few days ago, we shopped at this Kroger. We had more than 30 items in our cart. Mr. Grant quickly checked them out. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Mr. Grant.
Today, I was searching for salt. I asked Ms. Angela and she took me to the aisle and exact location where salt was there. I marvel at the amazing memory the associates have. Throughout the store I saw associates working hard to keep us customers happy. Fantastic service, Folks!!!
The store has fresh vegetables and fruits. They also have stunningly beautiful flowers. They keep very tasty bread and various kinds of juices. The milk and cheese section is also well stocked. Of course I have to mention their aisle which has delicious chocolates.
The Kroger associates are always busy doing work and helping customers. In our many days of shopping here, I have hardly seen any associate look at their cell phone. Outstanding level of commitment to the customer.
Their Customer service counter is also very helpful. Their check out software is so efficient and easy to use.
Definitely an A+ shopping experience.

Really bad experience with the pickup order. Was waiting for 30 mins and no one show up. After I go inside and ask for assistance they sent an associate for picking my orders. Really bad experience, never order a pickup here ever again

Dear Preston I'm still having this problem at this location with your employee, and I don't understand why it's not being fixed, I've been shopping here since 2005 and I'm not going to stop now because of one person .this person is flossing and coming in the company of me as to say as much as I am complaining that it doesn't matter, it seems that this person has power or authority again I will not be harassed and disrespect during my shopping in that store I'm asking you to please fix the problem

I would like to say that I have never fully had a terrible experience at this location aside from my current concern. Everyone is mostly helpful when necessary and I don't have problems finding what I need.
However, anytime after 8:00 PM the main door gets locked (which is fine because the exit is right next to it) but every single checkout lane is blocked with shopping carts and chains. You have to walk the entirety of the store TWICE just to get in to shop. I understand the necessity for shrink protection, I've worked retail for more than half of my life. I don't understand the need to enrage, literally, every single customer that walks through your door, rather than hiring cashiers or even a security guard if the theft is that rampant (I know for a fact it's not).
The customers that walk in with this experience are not only going to treat your employees like they're garbage, but they're probably going to be more likely to steal things at self checkout. I'm not just working for you as my own cashier, but now I'm also being forced to work as your asset protection?
Lastly, if the theft really is that bad and hiring security isn't justified, just close the store at dark. It seriously isn't worth you being open if everyone that shops there hates the entire experience.

This store is pretty much your typical Kroger in DFW: kinda dated, sorta looks sad, relatively clean, decently stocked, and with prices that are fairly competitive. The wine department is just pitiful though.
I wonder if they'll close this store soon with the new store opening at Coit & 121. Kroger certainly isn't investing any money in this one, and it shows.

I have been coming to this store for 15 years I am a regular customer and the staff has always been friendly and helpful now this store manager named Jefferey he was very rude to customers and employees since he got to that store all of the employees seem to be unhappy someone needs to take action on this immediately

I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent visit to Kroger. I went in specifically to buy Lunchables, and they were completely out of stock! It’s frustrating when you count on a store for something as basic as that and they don’t have it. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue at this location either—shelves seem to be poorly stocked more often than not.
On top of that, there didn’t seem to be any staff around to ask if they had more in the back. Overall, a really disappointing experience when it comes to availability and customer service. I’ll be thinking twice before coming back.

Disgusting food safety standards. I saw Ana from the bakery go in and out of the bathroom stall with her apron on. She brought it into the stall with her. that's against food safety standards and disgusting.

There’s a big guy with a red beard that has consistently harassed my mother when she shops here. She is of asian descent and every time she self checkouts and needs assistance he will make subtle random comments and get up in her face to intimidate her. I had only heard stories from her until I went shopping with her today on a Saturday and saw firsthand him get up in her face to intimidate her. It’s absolutely disgusting to see a grown man act this way to people.
