Visited this Kroger location and was disappointed with the lack of staff available to assist. There was no one around to ask for help, and I ended up searching for the products on my own. Definitely felt like there was a need for better customer service at this store.

Never going to a Kroger again. Every single time I come here they have the slowest cashiers on Earth in order to force you into using self checkout, and then self checkout will accuse you of theft with every scan. Every single item I need to call the attendant over, and then the attendant just acts dumbfounded and pretends this never happens. It's faster and less aggravating to drive a few miles further to the nearest Tom Thumb as opposed to coming here, taking forever at self checkout, having to rescan every item multiple times, wait for an attendant on every item, and be slanderously accused of theft with every scan. Never coming back here or going to any other Kroger ever again. I have never had a shopping experience this aggravating anywhere else.

The store is ok but every time i go in they have 1 checker and 1 small lane of U-scan open. Why invest in all those lanes and U-Scan stations to have 20% of them open at most. I started using the walmart more just bcs they have a better faster checkout system. I wld like to use this store more but waiting every time feels like they dont care enough to staff properly.

18 of the 40 parking spots out front are either cart corrals, handicap spaces, or online order reserved parking. Not the most convenient for in-n-out trips. Handy location tho!

There was a very RUDE DISRESPECTFUL employee named Jamie who REFUSED to allow people to get into the store on Christmas although the store was open for 15 minutes. I explained I only needed ONE thing and she responded " so does everyone else". I never expected to be treated like this at Kroger!!!!

1. Some cashiers "forgot" to scan coupons and left coupons to themselves. (0)
2. Wrong price tag on the shelves or incorrect price shown in the receipt. (Frequency: 6/10)
3. Choose wrong item code or scanned some items repeatedly. (0)

Every year for the past 7 years I buy whipped frosting from the bakery for my daughter's birthday cake that I bake and decorate. This year I had my mom pick it up for me and they completely refused, claimed they never did it, can't do it, it's impossible. Well I got it from a different Kroger bakery no problem. If you don't know how to do something because you're new and it's an uncommon request, that's fine, but at least attempt to see if it's something possible. Ask a coworker or a manager. The Kroger that did help had to ask their manager how to do it. Don't lie and gaslight your customers. It's lazy. And I'm not asking for too much I worked in a grocery department for 6 years previously and helped our bakery department every fall and winter.

This location is fine from the standpoint of selection, cleanliness, etc., but as others have noted they are more aggressive than most about soliciting donations and then celebrating every donation with a "woo-hoo!" in the PA afterwards. I'm all for being charitable and for employees (seemingly) enjoying their work environment, but after months and months of woo-hooing, maybe it's time to give it a rest. The guy in front of me in the checkout line told the cashier he would only donate if she didn't woo-hoo in the mic afterwards, so I don't think I'm overreacting. I'm at the point where I'd rather be hassled about my electricity provider at Walmart than shop at the Kroger where they act like they're in the movie Airheads after every donation, and that's a low bar.

I love how the pharmacy closes from 1p to 1:30p without being posted on any website or the outside of the store. The people that work there are rude also when explaining it to you. I’m having all my stuff transferred someplace else. Kroger, go ahead and delete this like you’ve done all the other negatives.

Here’s to hoping this doesn’t get deleted like all negative reviews… Went to pick up prescriptions from the pharmacy with my husband, and instead of this location posting on the website and on signage at the location, they inconvenienced everyone by closing for lunch without any notice or explanation other than the store manager just saying they don’t know what to say other than there’s nothing they can do. People have medication that’s NEEDED and we can’t revolve our lives around your schedule, especially when we don’t know what that schedule is. How is anyone supposed to know? Won’t ever use this Kroger pharmacy again because of the unprofessional, uncommunicative, incompetent, and inconsistent service provided. If it would let me give 0 stars, that would be more fitting.

I tried to call the store and held for a manager for nearly 20 minutes. My cashier today was Kevin. He was incredibly demeaning and disrespectful to another employee that was mentally disabled. I found his behavior atrocious and unacceptable. He should be ashamed of himself. What a sad representation of this store. I will not be back.

I usually stop here because of convenience but from now on I will go elsewhere. I don’t
Like being followed around the store while I’m shopping. Even went as far as following
me outside of the store to my car. I literally have no pockets or purse/bag and I’m still followed this is ridiculous. Please spend your money elsewhere
Went back a month later and still the same thing. I was uncomfortable because this man kept following me around the store and when confronted would not give me his name or anything. This is completely unacceptable.
