Express check in not working for 10 days only one person working there. She is rude unfriendly. Barks at you. Have to write you name on a scrappy piece of paper. She never comes to front to call you, just shouts your name from the back.
Appointment times are never kept
Been 3 times in last month and walked out every time. They do not call as per appointment but only by name.
If I could give a -5 star rating I would.

I booked an appointment with Labcorp, but on the day of, I realized I hadn’t received any confirmation—no email, no text (yes, I checked my spam folder). Without a confirmation number, I couldn’t even check my appointment online. I tried calling the center, only to be redirected to the website, which, of course, had no actual phone number listed. I finally found a number for the center and proceeded to call them thirteen (13) times. Not a single answer. At some point, it became less about getting help and more about imagining them suffering through the incessant ringing of the phone.
Labcorp is like the final boss of American healthcare bureaucracy: a faceless dystopian megacorporation that lives up to its ominous name. And the best part is, no one at the company will ever read this review.
Tl;dr: Just go to your PCP.

Worst location ever! I went in right before Labor Day weekend. My provider wanted me to get blood work done to check on my medicine levels. She said she wanted me to get it done that Friday. I knew my new insurance wasn’t going to start until Monday. I told the front desk lady this (her name was Destinee I believe) and she said “don’t worry since you are here in the late afternoon by time I submit this it will be Monday before BCBS files it and since you active Monday it will be fine.” I asked her to reassure me on this and she said yes l. She didn’t even call my insurance to confirm this before taking me back and doing it herself?! She tried to get blood and she didn’t talk to me or calm me down or anything she sticked me and held it in there (worst blood taken ever!) I literally almost fell off table and finally like what felt like forever later I asked if she almost done and she goes nope we didn’t even get one. I then got a bill from BCBS and surprise surprise when they tried to talk to labcorp about this the lady keeps denying she said anything like this and now I am going through MONTHS of hell trying get this rectified between my provider BCBS AND this labcorp! I will never be going to another labcorp ever again after this experience

It was a nasty place, the employees were not friendly, and they misplaced my bloodwork, so I didn’t receive my results.

Front desk lady is very rude.Dont know how to handle patient. Avoid this labcorp if you want proper answer from reception

I had a yearly drug screen done at this facility on 9/16/24. It still says in progress. I can’t pick up any shifts with my agency until it is resulted. I have tried to call multiple times and left a few messages with no call backs. This is ridiculous.

I had gone for my bloodwork today afternoon around 1:35 PM to Labcorp located in Plano Tx 75093. I was called in to have my labs done. Urine first, then my blood pressure, then weight and biometrics. So the blood pressure was higher than normal, so she asks me” what was it yesterday”? Well! 139/80, she said” I’ll pass you & write yesterdays”
Before leaving I asked her what she meant she will PASS me.?Her answer was “ are you not here to get discount at employment”
Well I am here for my second annual checkup as kidney donor”
I am not sure whether she correctly labeled my bloodwork & urine cup sample, because she never asked me my date of birth.

Worst experience. The black lady who checked my weight and Blood pressure entered wrong entry.
She added extra numbers. Which is going to there in my record.

this facility is honestly horrible. they do not have your results ready in time. I’m a nursing student and did my drug testing A MONTH AGO and they still haven’t sent my report to my school. I need it it for clinicals and the first time I spoke with them about it, they said “the school should have your results” my school DOES NOT. they also will don’t pick up the phone, so I will happily be going in person. they’re so unprofessional & inconsiderate of peoples time!

I like this one much better than the one closer to my house. The technician that drew my blood was so skilled I barely felt anything from beginning to end. Wish I had gotten her name to drop in here because she was amazing and worth the extra drive for me.
Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the big lady at reception who was condescending to everyone I saw interact with her. Seemed like she was looking for someone to argue with her. Maybe she's just having a bad day, but it took a star off the rating.

Came for pre-employment drug screening.
First I found out that they don't do drug screening at every location and was referred to this location. Nothing was said about that on their automated phone message when I called for information and they don't answer the phones so no way for anyone to tell you.
I was given a sheet that had locations with drug testing.
Apparently this location doesn't start drug testing until 9am. I don't even know if this is a real policy. Because it certainly isn't written down anywhere. Not on the sheet I was handed the day before, not in the automated phone message, and even while checking in on the automated phone check in.
I asked the lady who came out to tell me why they don't have this information anywhere. Besides being extremely rude, she said it's a new policy since last November. Then when I said something about her attitude she said I was rude to her first. Wish I had gotten her name to post here.
I don't know why they expect us to know about their internal policy changes. Why this is even a policy, and why the lady is so rude when I'm trying to suggest that they post this information for people not to waste their time.

Terrible experience. The lady who drew my blood had an unprofessional, sloppy manner to her and was rough and rushed the blood draw. When she stuck the needle in, she hit a nerve and my hand is still tingling. She didn’t even seem apologetic. Do not go to this facility.

From the moment I spoke with the staff I knew I was in good hands. Efficient, timely, so so kind, and made the process quick and painless. I will absolutely make this my go to Labcorp. - I was here for the employment drugs screen(urine) sample.

Awesome! Did not have an appt. Took me right away. Came from UTSW who put 9 holes in my body trying to get blood!! Ray got it on the first poke! God bless Ray. Thank you.
