Personnel was rude and unhelpful. Showed no personality skills and knowledge of her job. KIMELYA <sp> refused me service and was rude to the labcorp billing representative I had on the phone.

Seems like this lap is understaffed with only one employee doing everything. Loooong waiting time. Not recommended at all.

The front-desk lady makes everyone's experience incredibly miserable! Every single time. She is rude and aggressive. We've dealt with her a couple of times before and I always thought that something is probably going on, and never formally complained.
But on 10/16 I took my 13 y/o to get her blood test done and it was a total catastrophe:
We waited for over an hour (30+ min in the test room).
The receptionist was doing the blood draw herself and she clearly had no idea what she was doing: She called the customer service to figure out what she needs to do to get a glucose test done. A glucose test!
I heard her giving my daughter's information to someone over the phone. Once she finished the call, I politely asked for an update. She ignored me. I asked again and she gave me an angry look, but no explanation. I asked her to not ignore me and she ... left.
After another 10 minutes she came back and started calling someone again discussing my daughter's health matters. When I asked for an update again, she told me to sit down. I said that I prefer to stand and explained that sitting is painful due to my back problem. She insisted and then tried to make leave separating me from my minor child who was still in the room.
I refused. My daughter was scared and almost crying by that time.
It took another 15 minutes for the lady to come to the room and perform the test. All that time she was sitting at the front desk having a casual conversation with someone on the phone.
This was dangerously unprofessional, and I am filing a formal complaint now.

I went to the lab at 7:15 to do routine preventative tests I was alone the lab technician treated me rudely was angry because there was no codes at the tests orders I said get them and add them she said assume there is a lot of patients how can I do that I said I am here alone she reluctantly found and added the codes took her less than 1 minute I also told her I am a physician which did not change her attitude
I will never use this lab again

As everyone else here has mentioned, the receptionist, she's one of the most rudest people you would ever meet. If your doctor gives you a choice of clinics like mine did, don't come here. Which is sad, because the person who drew my blood, was super nice and funny. He made the whole ordeal, pleasurable.

I went there in April 2024 and a African American lady was at reception desk. The way she was talking to me I thought she was my boss. Very form, bossy and rude. I asked her why she is being so rude and she started screming.
By the way, before this insiedent I have been to this location and had great experiance. Very Proffessional and great on drawing blood.

The worst customer service. The woman working the front desk, at the Plano location was so rude and impatient with me and others customers. Definitely she doesn't like her job.
Why don’t give it to a person who have passion for the position and really need the job.
This lady needs to go take care of horses, they don’t deserve it but, if she treats them like she treats us she will get what she deserves.

Absolute embarrassment of a location. Front desk woman would not accept order for labs saying the codes were incorrect, even with the doctor’s office on the phone with her saying the codes were correct. Ended up having to leave and go to a different location because this woman refused to do her job.
This is not how a medical establishment should function. Shameful.

I came this morning 8:00AMfor blood draw. The front staff is so unprofessional. I came here every 4 months to take blood draw unfortunately my doctor forgot to sent the blood order. I called my doctors office to sent the blood order. I asked her what is there fax number she replied in a rude way then asked her again if they received the letter and again she replied again in rude manner. I decided to leave the premises without doing my blood draw even i waited for more than 1 hour (9:15AM). I will not going back this place. Unprofessional and rude staff.

Thank you D Jingles! I have been going to various Labcorp offices for over 15 years. I like all my records in one place. What makes each site different is the staff. A BIG thank you to Mr Jingles for his competency ( I have small, rolling veins and need a small needle) He has a very happy attitude, positive energy and efficiency. ( 1 very accurate stab!)
PLEASE don't leave this location at 15th street in Plano Texas as I have finally found the perfect person to draw my blood!

Be careful visiting your place. The technicians doesn't have patience while drawing the blood. I had my hand injured and had to go to ER and X-rays done for the injury caused by the blood work.
The location didn't provide any information on any remedy/cure despite contacting over phone and in person. Avoid this place.
