Horrible to my wife and my dog today! My wife was cussed at for their mistake!!!!!!! We have been taking the dogs to Ohana for 15 years. Paid full price and always tips well. Will never go back again. Please don't traumatize your dogs by bringing them here! The receptionist also cussed out my wife when she asked for the collar.............. Frisco tx

After some recent bad experiences with groomers for my Shih Tzu's I looked for groomer recommendations and was given Lakeside Pet Spa as one to try and to ask for Ruby.
So I did. My Girlz are glad I did too. They were very happy & relaxed when picking them up and coming home. In the past they were crying, whining telling me about their halfway-very poor grooming experience and they did look great either.
No more bad experiences for them now, only happy ones. I will be returning to Lakeside Pet Spa. They have an appointment to see Ms Ruby again soon.
Thank you Lakeside Pet Spa and thank you Ruby for your attention and detail.

Today I took my Shih-Tzu to Lakeside Pet Spa for the first time. He is a challenging dog, but everything worked out. The groomer was very patient and did a great job. From now on we will only go to Lakeside Pet Spa.

They are so kind to my dog! They always make sure he is taken care of! Their grooms never disappoint! The facility is clean and super cute and my dog loves coming here! They also don't crate the dogs. Pic of my pooch after a grooming.

I have been taking my dog Sparky to Lakeside Pet Spa for a couple of years. The care and love they give Sparky goes beyond my expectations. All the staff are so friendly and always is ready to answer any questions and concerns I have
Sparky usually gets so nervous visiting the groomer but the love and affection that Ruby gives to Sparky is AMAZING. I am so BLESSED I to have found a the BEST PERSON for my little baby and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .

Very disappointed. Have used them sporadically for over a year. The last two times they have charged me more based on my dog’s “behavior” (she’s a puppy). But this time they charged me $30 more for EACH of my dogs because I wanted to make sure they filed their nails as much as they could (sharp nails) and after the groom was complete I called and asked if they, as a rule, shave off tear stains (they do). I was told that the charge was because I had asked for the “spa treatment” which I didn’t even know existed. And I had tried to get them in the week before and was able to get an appointment for the next morning.. There was a terrible family health event the next day and I was unable to bring them in. Called and apologized. But because of that they charged me more this time. An offer was made to have the owner call. I told her it didn’t matter. She did call. Becky. She’s was haughty and clearly couldn’t have cared less about what happened. I’m a heavy tipper. Goodbye Lakeside. They missed out on a great customer.

Took my dog in to get a hair cut and it took over 6 hours to get her back. I was told the groomer has more thn 30 years of experience and the hair cut was awful. I will not be cming back

I have been taking my pet Emma for grooming at Lakeside Pet Spa since they opened. They have always done a wonderful job grooming Emma. They are friendly, professional and always do exactly what I have requested. I have a standing monthly appointment with them. I highly recommend them.
