They are responsive, professional and provide the best client experience with the dedication to make convenience a tenant for our clients by working with them on closing times and locations. I've had them close a client in their home after business hours. There are no better folks to work with.

Tracy is very communicative easy to get a hold of and works hard to make things go smoothly. They go out of their way to make closings easy on the buyer seller and the agents.

I have never experienced such a rude demeaning person over the phone such as what i just experienced 20 minutes ago its bad enough that i'm taking time out of my own day to write a review on yelp, from one of the reviews underneath i believe her name is Mary, not sure if she's a receptionist or closer but she talked to me in such a condescending manner that i had to simply get off the phone before i erupted, this person needs to be let go.. your business will suffer if you ignore this evident issue, i asked a few questions about closing wholesale transactions remotely and she was talking to me in such a manner that it totally turned me off from wanting to work with your company completely.. i see that someone asked for someone to review other reviews to validate your business but that doesn't address the issue here, this is the second complaint about this person and yet you choose to ignore it .. letting you know i will never perform any closing transactions with your company because of this person directly, just by her attitude i can tell working with her would be a big mistake.

Lakewood Title has been incredible to work with. We switched from a prior title company because we were not receiving the type of service that we required. We considered several title companies, but decided to give Lakewood Title a try. We close several deals every month and Lakewood Title has not only met, but has exceeded our expectations. Our latest closing required creative thinking to eliminate numerous problems and issues. Richard supplied the creative solutions, and Mary got it closed on time. Anyone with title needs should use this company.

Worst title company ever. Mary, the closer/receptionist was horrible. She caused delays for my buyer to close on time, she yelled at me for asking basic questions. She yelled at my lender and her closer. She is rude and abrasive. She had mistakes all over the sellers closing docs. Our closing took 2.5 hours... I asked her if she had a list of home warranty companies that my buyer could choose from. She then said "it's not my job to choose a company" and I said "I'm not asking you to choose, I'm simply asking if you have a list, like most title companies" Over all horrible experience.
