I’ve bought all my light fixtures here. Everyone seems to be very helpful. One of my fixtures started to turn color and they help me replace it! The manager Keegan and Mr Yav were so nice and helpful. This is exactly why I buy here! When something is wrong , thy don’t just dismiss you and the problem. They found a way to help me!

If you ever go to this location as for Kay, she is a certified interior designer consultant and every light fixture I imagined for my new home she was to able to replicate. She is not a pushy person salesperson and was able to work with me on pricing and keeping me within my budget.

I had a very positive shopping experience at Lamps plus. My lighting consultant "Yav" was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me purchase the right pendant lights, dinning room lamp and outdoor fan for my home. He had great suggestions and recommendations like adding a dimmer to the pendant lights. Had he not told us that we needed a low voltage dimmer we would have purchased the wrong one. In addition, all items were being shipped separately, Yav followed up with a phone call later in the week to provide an update on one of the items so that I knew it was on its way. It was great customer service especially since he knew I needed to get my items timely.
