Been coming here for a long time. Nail bar does my pedicure and does an amazing job. The ladies Celine, Kim, Hannah and Tina does my manicures . They are the best, excellent customer service, they do not rush the service, they take their time, they are consistent, tools are freshly open out the pack. Clean shop, great wine and good music. They are always upfront with prices before start of service! Me and my gal comes here! They are the best nail Salin in Plano!! Highly recommend 1000 times. Book ahead to avoid the wait. Busy shop! Thanks ladies!!

Celine and Nail Bae are my go to nail techs for over 5 years. The best duo team ever. I'm very picky and celine always executes and my nails last a long time without chipping or breaking and without lifting. Nail Bae does my Pedicure w/Gel and amazing always and a massage to die for. Highly recommend these two and their Team of women as well.. . Welll deserve review. I live in Fort Worth and drive here. Totally worth it. Highly recommend these two

Terrible experience. the nail tech had a horrible attitude. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and explained I initially wanted tips, but after seeing the pricing, I decided to just go with a plain set while still keeping the same length as in the picture. I showed her a picture and explained what I wanted, but she ignored me and said she didn’t need to look because she’s “been doing this for years.” She cut my nails too short, got defensive when I tried to explain, and then said she wasn’t in the mood anymore. The manager offered to soak what was done and sent me away. Total waste of time unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you have everything recorded on camera, that’s great I actually prefer that, because it will clearly show the full conversation from start to finish. You’ll see that I initially wanted tips, and she said it would be $80. I then told her it’s fine, just do the plain nails and keep the same length which she didn’t.
Before she even started cutting, I told her to look at the picture, but she insisted she didn’t need to because she’s been doing this for years. That’s exactly where things went wrong. I don’t understand why you’re being so defensive about your technician instead of simply apologizing to a customer. I made the choice to do plain nails she didn’t recommend that but she still ignored my request about the length and kept cutting even after I said I didn’t like it.
If you really have the video, please post it with subtitles too because it will show everything clearly. Money was never the issue. I said multiple times that I just wanted the same length as the picture. $80 means nothing; what matters is getting what I asked for.
I completely understand protecting your business, but defending a mistake and twisting the truth is unacceptable. Please show the footage I’m confident it will speak for itself.

I adore Lash Nail Bar, I have been coming to this location since 2014. I was lucky enough to get paired with Nail Bea and Celine earlier this year and they take amazing care of me! Celine has converted me to nail builder gel. Love them!

I went in for a manicure with builder gel. I’ve been growing out my natural nails, and it hasn’t been easy because they are very thin and delicate. I had stated multiple times that I did not want them shorter. I had two nails broken, and I would leave them all the lengths they were, as everything grew, and I was OK with it. She offered me fake tips on the broken nails anyway, and when I refused, she proceeded to file my other nails shorter while shaping them aggressively. They were already the shape I needed, so that was unnecessary. I decided that her taking half the length off wasn’t the end of the world; they would grow again. However, I had two nails on one hand, lipstick-shaped, and the rest on both hands were oval, almond, and round, literally. Perhaps this does not happen with a complete set and fake tips, but for me, it was my experience. They were also considerably nicer to their regulars, and every time I tried to talk to her about anything, she acted like she didn’t understand me. So many of the reviews were so good, but now I see that these people may be the ones who go there all the time and get better treatment. That may be my first and last time going there.

Nail Bae was super helpful with getting me scheduled for my birthday nails. Communication was top notch. It was the first time in a couple years I’d gotten my nails professionally done, my last experience elsewhere was terrible but Celine made my experience here phenomenal! It was good vibes from when I walked in to when I left and she gave great guidance on what nail service would be best for me. Highly recommend!

Celine and Nail Bae are our go to gals for nails and pedicure. Both me and my best friend Tricia goes to see these two crazy but fun nail techs. They are awesome, thorough, take their time, execution is off the chain, if you have e a bad day come see these two!! Always a good time, fun time, the quality is unmatch, my nails and toes always last with no issues. Tools are freshly open out the pack, massage is wonderfully amazing, they are upfront with prices and they take their time in our nails and pedicures and our massage. We are always in cloud 9 when we come here. They are extremely always booked and busy so book ahead of time to avoid the wait. They also have a team of ladies to cater to your nails and toes service! I had a great experience here! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and they got me in and out in a timely manner. Tina did my pedicure and she was wonderful!
She was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable.
The salon was clean, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

If I could build a shrine to this nail salon, I would. That’s how obsessed I am. From the second I walked in, I felt like I had been whisked away into some magical kingdom where the staff are nail fairies and every mani-pedi is a royal decree. ✨👑

I just got my nails done here and I’m obsessed!! 💅 My nail tech was Celine and she did such a beautiful job. Everyone in the salon was super sweet and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The vibe was so nice and welcoming, and my nails turned out gorgeous. Definitely recommend asking for Celine; she’s amazing!
