I requested a "basic" wash and it was extremely thorough. He came to my office and was timely with the wash. I'm not sure what products are used or if it is a technique thing, but this thing looked great! This is after I had drove through about a million gnats, mosquitoes, and flies the night before. Would absolutely suggest giving Legacy North Mobile Detailing a try!

Vehicle looked showroom new again after detailing and waxing. More important is business professionalism with appointments and grammatically correct texts. And if a business answers their phone with "hello", I'm not using them.

The professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail based on my concerns were spot on. The convenience of not having to leave my home and spend and hour or so at a hand car wash enables me to be that much more productive. No experience in the detailing profession just a salesmen with a smooth mouth over charging to do basic carwash he doesn't shampoo or have a shampoo machine

Very communicative and transparent with an upfront quote. Kiarri and his team showed up to our home on-time and explained the services and products he would use on our vehicles. We chose the wash and wax package which was very reasonable in price considering he is mobile. The results were absolutely immaculate and you can tell from the pics everyone on the team has a passion for detailing. They took the time to look over our cars numerous times to make sure nothing was missed. I work in the automotive industry and I am VERY meticulous with how our vehicles are cleaned. Kiarri reassured me with his experience that I would not be disappointed. I certainly was not and I would recommend him to anyone who feels the same way about taking care of their investments. Unbelievably poor customer service. I got a text late at night saying they couldn't do my service when I had requested. They asked twice! "Is there a day that works for you"? I told them tomorrow - only to be told they couldn't come until Friday (4 days later). DON'T ASK A CUSTOMER WHAT DAY WORKS, if you can't come for four days. Just don't. HORRIBLE customer service.

Amazing service!!! I would recommend them to anyone!! Super responsive and friendly. They reached out to confirm my appointment and get details about what I needed and showed up on time. Very professional and importantly...SUPER FAST!!! My car was covered in dog hair and I had no hope it would ever come out. Kiarri and team were able to magically remove all of the fur. My car looks like it's brand new!

They did an awesome job!!! My wife was very impressed. We even had a considerable amount of pet hair and they eliminated all of it. Our SUV looks brand new again. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Wow, what a great experience! I had a spill in my car last night and contacted this company via Yelp for an interior detail and spot cleaning. By 9 AM this morning, Kiarri and his team were at my home to detail my vehicle. While other companies were all booked, this company was able to come immediately. They were thorough, great to work with and reasonably priced. I had a great experience and will use them in the future.
