I did a working interview here for a couple of hours, scheduled with them a week in advance, and was disappointed by how they accommodated me and the pets "behind the scenes", not really seeming to care.
The doctor was supposed to be there by then, but still wasn't.
The workers who were there didn't know what to do with me apart from letting me in and asking me to sweep the area.
According to their own website, the job is supposedly still taking applications, posted on Indeed yet only accepted in-person, after 2 weeks.
There was frequent swearing, easy to hear.
Their sweeper, trash bin lids, bathroom lights, sink handle, dog gate, and back door handle were all broken for some reason, and the building was (despite being a hospital?) moderately infested by ants, cockroaches, and another insect species I didn't recognise.
The visiting cats and dogs are anxious, left and ignored in small cages with bedding and water, only fed and taken outside twice a day unless owners pay extra, and without toys, treats, or affection to be seen. That boarding is offered here doesn't seem right.
The workers treat their own pets like nuisances, and let them all freeroam most of the clinic, even with patients.
I hope they're at least good at treating animals' physical health, but I'm not sure.

My dog was shot by a cop and they took 1800 just to stabilize him to tell me they wanted 12k before even starting surgery. I left with my dog in a box. I could do that if I had the ability to save a life I would try no matter what.

I've been a client since I wasn't old enough to drive. Dr. Shurtz and her staff are not only knowledgeable, they are passionate about what they do, and they treat their their clients' pets with the same care and ethics s that they treat their own. I trust no one else more with the care of my pets.

This clinic is truly special. The staff is wonderful and caring, and genuinely care about your pets. Dr. Shurtz is absolutely amazing! She is the most talented and compassionate veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My cat obtained an obscure injury that left him on death’s doorstep. No other clinic was able to get him in, but this clinic worked him in ASAP. Dr. Shurtz seemed to understand his subtle communication and was able to pinpoint exactly what was ailing him. We took all of her recommendations, and my sweet house panther has never been happier and healthier. I am truly so grateful to Dr. Shurtz and her staff!

I don’t want to be biased but it’s hard to share a non biased review if you work at this amazing clinic. You can tell that Dr. Shurtz is thoughtful and amazing at what she does and truly cares about each and every single one of our client’s pets. Definitely a great vet to go to.

I was going to be gentle with these folks and not leave a review, but after I just got my dog's full physical records from them via email (and now I'll never be returning), I'm going to point out how unprofessional they have been. First of all, my dog was left alone in the exam room when receiving shots. They do not let owners go in due to Covid. Naturally, my dog was severely frightened and escaped. Yes, he escaped not only the exam room but the building as well, as doors were unlocked. He ran into the parking lot and luckily my husband was able to go get him without him being hit by a car. Insane. So, after receiving our records from them, we were looking them over and they literally have notes all over mocking us and every call we have had. As pet owners, I have never seen anything like this. I assume this was not meant to be sent to us with all of these notes but it is actually comical. I would post them but I assume that's not legal so I will refrain. All in all, unprofessional, below average vets, not gentle with dogs. If you love your pet I would recommend trying somewhere else in the area!

Friendly and responsive staff...Katherine is a gem! Dr Tiffany Shurtz accommodated my hectic work schedule as best she could. Unfortunately, Dr Shurtz treated and medicated my pup with outdated information. We confirmed that the prescribed anti-seizure meds led to a premature death since my dog had a known heart murmur. RIP Cece

It’s been a few years since my family and I took our cat to this vet, but the repercussions of the terrible treatment he received there continue to this day. They failed to detect his severe anemia, which caused him to need a blood transfusion from an emergency vet clinic for his severely low red blood cell count. Shortly after, when he was put on steroids to help keep his anemia (caused by an autoimmune disorder) at bay, Dr. Shurtz neglected to tell us that there was a better long-term option that could prevent him from getting diabetes from steroid use. Because of this, my cat eventually did become diabetic. These are the most egregious examples of their thoughtlessness and subpar care, but there were so many other ways in which this vet clinic was lacking, like the random, unnecessary, hidden charges they included on their bills. I recommend staying far, far away from this place.

I trust them with all 3 of my girls (dogs). They take the time to understand and get to know your babies. They are also thorough and conscientious of your time and budget. I left a national brand vet provider for Legacy Village Vet Clinic. Strongly recommend (and my girls and I love) them!
