Don't use this bank if you want to send more than $500 dollars over PayPal or any phone apps. Also don't use if you'd like to withdraw more than $2000 as they didn't have enough cash in the bank (I know) to let me do my withdrawal.

Worst branch ever! I called the bank at 9am sharp and asked if I needed an appointment and was told no, "just come in, we have plenty of bankers available" um, no you don't. I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes only to be told that a group who walked in 30 minutes after me had an appointment. I finally walked out an hour later and never saw a banker.

This bank will NOT break a $20 bill without an account number or a drivers licence. All other Better banks provides change with a smile.

This place used to be a good bank/credit union, all the way through the merger with Legacy Bank. The acquisition by Prosperity Bank has turned it i to a soup sandwich. Horrible customer service, untenable waits in person or over the phone. Error after error, causing issues with direct deposits, automatic payments, etc. Employees from Legacy Texas will willingly attest to bad culture, switch to an antiquated software system with minimal training and their desire to find alternative employment.The mobile app and web site are so bad as to be almost unusable.Long waits in the lobby due to people here to close their accounts. I would expect their net deposits to be only slightly higher than before acquisition...having lost all of the LegacyTexas customers.

Unfortunately, I am having to use them for business purposes, and left a bank that I love. The people are kind (the ONLY reason there are even 2 of the 5 stars) and "try" to help, but nothing ever gets done properly. It's a constant cycle of calling, fixing issues, the issue not getting fixed correctly, then staring over again, usually to know avail. Their website is absolutely garbage, and bill pay is a joke. I hate writing these, but after months and months of problems, I am fed up. No, I don't want anyone to call me because they "care about our experience" because it's untrue. At least, for most of the people we have dealt with. I know they are going through some sort of merger/sale, which makes me even more nervous as to what will happen to their system.

If I could rate this facility and the customer service skills of Reena a "0" I would. I have banked with this institution, financed cars, and entrusted them with my funds for over 25+ years. I will be closing my accounts. This is not the institution it was in years past. Legacy Texas no longer has a client focus or client-centric culture. I am very disappointed in their discriminatory behavior.

All of the staff is helpful, kind, and truly enjoy what they do not to mention they’re great at their jobs. I’ve never had an issue and am glad to have switched over to this bank.
