I have been inside this bank several times from fraud situations to opening new accounts and Rishi is always there to help me! He is super kind, patience and incredibly helpful. Always explaining to me what’s happening. Thank you Rishi!

I went into the lobby first thing in the morning with my two kids to be greeted by Rishi, who was very professional and helpful. I needed proof of a wire transaction for a mortgage, and he was able to provide me a couple of options to meet my needs and offered his business card if I needed additional information. He was kind to my kids and even pulled up an extra seat for them while we were discussing the transaction. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend this Prosperity Bank branch for your needs.

I can only get to my safe deposit box during the weekday. Weekend is drive through only. Even during covid and they had the lobby fully closed I could at least be let in to get to my box. What kind of bank is this?

I went in to get change and the bank does not allow it unless you have an account there. That is absurd big brother behavior.

This bank is the worst bank I have ever had my account was scammed for 3400.00 and I had informed them of what had happened and they were unwilling to work with me on repaying the negative balance even after I explained what had taken place. And that the police and the postal inspectors office were notified. But I was willing to pay back the negative balance by December 15th and they became rude and made threats to me while I was at work. I miss Viewpoint. I'm done with these crooks)! They will be the first to still you're money before the government.

Thid branch is so rundown. Inside smells like mildew but the most frustrating part is the ATM is never working! Im the last 6 momths that I've come to use ATM worked 1 time! This place needs to shuttered. Of all the branches in this area it id the worst!

All I needed was a card activated and I got told to sit and wait. Waited 30mins saw the staff to help walk out the door. Had to find a different location to actually help.

Not a great bank since it’s switched hands. They’ve tried to charge my employees and vendors 1.5% fee to cash a check that I’ve written to them from my account. Just bad business and we will just merge our accounts over to Navy Federal. Way better in many ways

In 2018 my Mother and I walked into this branch of Legacy Bank in east Plano TX to put a POD {pay on death} on her accounts. Unfortunately today I returned to what is now "Prosperity Bank" to take possession of those accounts. They don't have the POD on file.... They lost it somewhere and really didn't seem to care. Now at minimum I will spend $1000 to gain access after hiring an attorney. We both planned everything so its easy on the survivor if the other goes. And everything has been very smooth except this banks total incompetence. Thank You Prosperity Bank for making things more difficult during this hardship.

If I could give these people zero I honestly would. Didn’t change my address. Didn’t send me a card after calling them multiple times. Honestly prosperity bank sucks, legacy was so much better.

since Legacy Texas switched to Prosperity I have had more issues then i have had with legacy since they switched TO legacy. Prosperity bank has been garbage

If I could rate this facility and the customer service skills of Reena a "0" I would. I have banked with this institution, financed cars, and entrusted them with my funds for over 25+ years. I will be closing my accounts tomorrow. This is not the institution it was in years past; Legacy Texas no longer is a has a client focus or client-centric culture.
