My ac unit doesn’t work, I been connected office over month now,they send ppl fixing but never really fix, one worker said need change whole system, but office manager doesn’t want to, I have 3 rooms, 2 of them are fine , the other room so cold , only fan running, but no heat at all,today they send me email said put curtains over window,that’s so crazy ! My electric bill $420 this month,cuz ac keep running !

After moving in, the air conditioning and heating stopped working properly, and even after several repairs, there's still no heat. The property management is also unresponsive.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way this apartment management handled my move-out and lease transfer. I moved out and was removed from the lease, but management never provided any written lease transfer or confirmation—only verbal assurances that “everything is good.” They should have CCTV footage of my visits and conversations in the office.
Later, the remaining leaseholders did not pay the rent in full, and management reported the balance to a collections agency under my name. When I called to address this, the manager changed the story and said the associates will only provide documentation (instead of speaking directly), and no one was willing to review the office footage or investigate what was said previously—no investigation, and no willingness to check footage.
This is negligent handling of tenant records and has caused me serious trouble. Renters: protect yourself and get every lease transfer and move-out confirmation in writing.

I've really enjoyed my experience so far at Legends of Chase Oaks. The apartment is incredibly spacious, quiet, and the view is just beautiful — I could sit by the window all day! Having a garage is such a convenience, and it makes moving in and daily life much easier. Again, I'm very impressed with how quiet it is here. The only downside is that there are no screens on the sliding glass doors, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a very pleasant place to live, and I’m happy with my choice.

If I could give zero stars I would. My roommate and I moved out Sept 26 and have encountered multiple issues. First of all, the sliding door in my roommate’s door broke in early 2025 and despite MULTIPLE maintenance requests it was never attended to until we moved out. The grounds are poorly kept, dogs are off leash and roaming around(despite my calls to the front office), our HVAC unit needed maintenance multiple times, and the management and maintenance are negligent. Not to mention we had poor water pressure, our oven was unusable, and when we moved in whatever was covering the wall in my shower was peeling off. Be weary of this apartment complex, they do not treat you fairly and nor can they communicate appropriately.
In response to the owner’s reply: My roommate and I tried contacting them regarding said issues and to tried to handle things fairly, but manager Stacy promptly ignored all requests. There is no “turning this experience around” as it was absolutely horrid and apparently the only way to get a response was to leave an honest review.

If Moving Had a Superhero… It’d Be Petrina ! 🦸♀️
Big shoutout to the amazing Petrina for making my move to Saxony at Oaks smoother than I ever imagined! From day one, she was on top of everything electricity, internet, you name it. She made sure the power was on right when I needed it, and walked me through everything with patience, kindness, and the heart of a true gem.
Let’s be real moving is usually chaos. But with Petrina on my side, it felt more like a guided tour than a stressful move. She's not just helpful, she's a whole vibe! 😄

Everything at the fitness center is not functional. No one came to fix or replace them. Contacted the office many many times but still no progress. So basically you are getting an apartment that claims to have their own 24 hour fitness center. But truly there's none. The closest one is 10 minutes away. Please send someone to fix them?!

My move in was smooth. I had lived at this property over 25yrs ago and came back. Luis was fantastic showing me many options as I didn't know what I wanted exactly. The property grounds looks amazing just like it did years ago. They take pride in making this property beautiful, modern and nice place to live.

Gym issue. I visited and had a tour today with the office. The leasing team did not show me the gym on purpose but I did notice none of the stories working. I was also told by another worker there that the equipments there have been not functional for a long time. They claimed to be 'finding the parts to fix' the machines but the due date is 'unknown'. Very unprofessional.
