Living at Legends at Chase Oaks for the past 3 years has been a truly positive experience. The office staff's professionalism has consistently impressed me, making the leasing process and any inquiries seamless. Maintenance deserves applause for their efficiency; work orders are addressed promptly, reflecting their dedication to resident satisfaction. Highly recommend this community for its outstanding service and comfortable living environment.

Love the atmosphere and peaceful neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and helps answer questions. The interior in my unit is amazing and works well for my needs.

I would never move here. The staff constantly complain about being short staff, THE ASSISTANT MANAGER who doesn't have any knowledge about fraud alert being on your account to protect others from using your identity needs to be sent back to school. The kicker of it all they miscalculated my income and decided NOT to use my additional employer and stated I was denied due to a FRAUD ALERT & miscalculation. I've never sat and argued with someone about their d*** mistake and the refusal to take accountability of their mess up. Thank god I was already approved for another apartment because this was about the worst encounter ever.

I moved in 3/1, and until today 8/29 I’ve had several issues but none to the level getting the police called on me by Yolonda Vega, the new property manager. I sent a work order for a clogged toilet, 6am on 8/28 and it was never completed. I called twice 8/28 once @2 and was told it would be completed. Then at 4:55 when I realized no one came. I was told everyone is now gone and it will be filled the next morning. Of course it wasn’t.. so I sent a email to corporate. And when to the office some time after. After expressing my frustrations with a “employee” Yolanda the manager comes and tells me I need to leave and I told her I won’t because I need my toilet fixed. She threaten to get me evicted and she was going to call the cops. So she called the cops on a tenant! And request I never come the office which is a criminal trust passing Warring. I pay rent every month and because they dropped the ball and I express how unacceptable it is I can’t return to the office. She needs to be fired!

Lynn's friendly, demeanor, approachability, and active, listening skills, truly set her apart. Lynn has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns are addressed properly and with the upmost courtesy. Lynn's commitment to providing effective solutions in a timely manner has made living here truly enjoyable experience. It is rare to find someone so dedicated to their role. I'm genuinely grateful for the exceptional service she provides.

We've been living here for 3 years and Lincoln management has been the best management this complex has had. Love the new security that has been going around the pool and gates, pool is always clean, everything is always well maintained. Thank you for the quick services and maintanance staff, emergency lines that have been provided 24/7 and office staff are very friendly, Elijah is always so helpful and greets everyone right away.

I've been waiting to give my review until I have lived here at least a month. My experience from beginning to move in day to now being a resident for a month has been excellent!!..I have received nothing under exceptional customer service. My leasing agent Elijah who works in the office is so professional and pleasant to speak with. He represents the complex well!! The few issues I had before move it were taken care of ASAP.I love the amenities, close to everything and right near 75hwy. It's very quite and clean. So Far So Good!!

Overall good vibes and a positive experience at this complex. The office staff have all been helpful, especially Elijah who has helped me through the application process. He also helped answer all of my questions and showed me all around the complex to make sure it met all of our needs. The unit and complex seem clean and quiet and amenities are nicer than most I have seen in the area, especially for the prices being better than others.

Lived there through 2 leases. First apartment was great. No issues. First lease was a 4-5 star experience. Switched to a different apartment for the 2nd lease and ended up with 2 separate racist neighbors. I'm white but had many black friends who visited me. Every time the office would get complaints that I was smoking pot in my apartment or making a disturbance. They called daily. I wasn't smoking pot - only cigarettes. Cops came multiple times and then they gave me 1 week to move out and charged me 3500+ dollars to pay off the remaining 3 months on my lease. I wasn't ever sure why this was happening other than those two neighbors making trouble for me. When I'm was moving out, one of them said to me oh that was fast wasn't it. I can't prove it was racism but I never had any issues until my black friends came over and after every visit. Sometimes cops called jist g cause they were over it seems. Anyways that was my inconsistent experience

I moved out on 4/17, after 2 years here, and moved out of state. I have been continuously calling and emailing the office, as well as the Lincoln Property Management team and have yet to get any answer on where my security deposit is.I followed through with everything on my lease but they are not. It clearly states to return an itemized list of any charges and the refund amount WITHIN 30 days of my vacate, but it is almost 60 days now. I have given my forwarding address four different times now in writing/email and over the phone to the property team and management - and nothing. No one will call me back and I am beyond frustrated. Someone needs to contact me, this is absolutely absurd.

Poor Service, unprofessional staff!!A property manager suppose to handover the key for the unit 2611. when I went there to pick up the key, the manager said that unit is not ready. He did not even bother to notify prior. We went to inspect the unit and what I found, lots of bugs and carpet is not changed. Now we have no idea about the moving date. I am at the property but they do not have any specific date for next move-in. The property regional manager was available, out of surprise she refused to take care the problem.

I have been eyeing this community for a while. Elijah has been at the office everytime I have stopped by to checkout the availability and to ask questions. Elijah has been amazing and so professional. I had an opportunity to speak with Diana over the phone and another team memeber and the experience has been the same everytime. Everyone has been so nice. I will keep you posted on my journey at Legends at Chase Oaks. ?

My parents used to rent from here in the 90s, now my girlfriend rents from here. Its always been a great place. Lots of amenities on site, tons of businesses nearby to do all your shopping. Close enough to Hwy75 to travel easily but far enough away that you dont hear the constant drone of traffic.

Everything we have experienced since moving in has been superb! It's a quiet safe community and the staff is top notch. Believe me, I have dealt with other places that have poor staff, so I know great staff when I see it. I would also especially like to commend Elijah from the front desk as he's always attentive and helpful with anything we have needed. Regarding maintenance, they are always timely in the requests and are above and beyond considerate whenever entering your home. From maintenance, I would like to especially commend Edgar, Hector, Guillermo, and Jose for their care and attention to detail whenever servicing requests. It has definitely been great living here!
