One of the best places to get glasses. We have beet to this location for decades and had the best care, advice, and service.
We hope the store stays in place as the mall seems to be slowly moving towrds closure.

I call for an appointment and nobody ever answers I went in to ask for an eye exam and possibly get new glasses from them and 2 ladies sitting there before even explaining what I needed just said “ you need to go to an ophthalmologist“ no explanation why and than walks away while the other stood there completely ignoring me on her phone Absolutely do not recommend with that type of customer service.

Disappointed with the service at this location. We stopped by to get a simple screw fixed on a pair of glasses and were told by associate Kimberly that it would cost $5 — for something that’s typically a quick, complimentary fix. She also did not acknowledge us when we walked into the store acting like she didn’t see us. She attempted to look at it, then said that the technician was out for the day, so we’d have to leave the glasses and come back.
We went to another LensCrafters location instead, and the manager there was incredibly helpful and fixed everything on the spot for free ( as it should have been). The difference in customer service was night and day.

Hind served us with the utmost respect and professionalism. She helped me and my family choose the right glasses that would best fit our faces. She was very patient with us and very responsive to our questions. This was our first encounter with her and it will not be our last. Thank you so much Hind for being so patient and kind with us. Great service as usual. I walked in to get my glasses adjusted that I had purchased 2 1/2 years ago. They were happy to give me the same level of service as if I were buying a brand new pair of that very same day!They were able to take care of it right away. Kimberly was fast and courteous and did a great job!
