My husband and I go into this location a fair amount and every time the customer service is stellar.
On a day we went in solely for my husband, the sales associate (tall African American guy) recommended a pair of jeans to try on, and literally they’re my favorite pair of jeans I’ve ever put on.
They go over and beyond every time for each and every person in store.
I’ve already told all my family and friends that if they need jeans and want a curated experience, this is the place to go!!

Eric is phenomenal at his job!! He deserves a raise! He *immediately* pulled the PERFECT pair of jeans for my fiance. He is so happy with what Eric picked out for him and he looks so good. The best shopping experience ever!

Garrett was absolutely great! I came short on time looking for a pair of 501s size, we couldn’t find one in store but he pulled 2 other designs that I loved just as much and set them aside for me try the next day with time. Love my jeans and the service even more!

Would give this location 0 stars if possible. The woman at the checkout counter is obviously very unhappy with life, and was very rude before I even asked for help with an exchange. I did not have the original tags as they fell off when I was trying them on, so she would not take them to return. I understand this is policy, but she was so rude about it. I would never shop at this location again and I will pray for that woman as she obviously needs it.

We’ve shop here a few times, it’s pretty hectic but usually get decent service. However, this past Saturday it took us a while to get help, but ended up buying 2 pairs of jeans. Problem is, they are a bit too long. Wasn’t easily noticed in the chaos. I called them up today to ask if they do adjustments aka hemming, only to be told it would be $20 to $30 each to adjust. So my wife called spoke to someone different than I did and was told, well if you would have asked on Saturday when you bought them we could have done it for free. Would have been nice to have been given that option Saturday as I’m sure we would accepted it. Given the jeans were $98 each, you would think they would say, hey bring them up and we’ll get you taken care of. That would have ensured our future business there. Now sadly, we will not be shopping here ever again.

Came in to look for a specific pair of jeans and was helped out immediately! Both sales associates listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect fit. The sales associate Eric was so nice and even showed me a jumpsuit that he thought would go with my style, and I ended up loving it and leaving with it too! Will absolutely be back!

I went to the store right at closing to try and exchange an item for a different size. Although the store was closed, Garrett was extremely helpful not only checking for me if an exchange was possible, but also helped me actually swap my item for the correct size! Thank you for the amazing customer service, now I know who I’ll find the next time I shop here!

I LOVE the associates at this store. They are always so nice and helpful! I had a great experience today with Garret and in the past the other gentleman has been great as well! (I think his name is Kevin I can’t remember 😭)
