I had an extremely negative experience with manager Ruth Espinoza at store 10234, located at 2520 ave k in Plano, TX. After seeing the amount of money I made on my W2, Ruth became hostile and asked for additional documents for my side business. She clearly stated that she needs to see all of my receipts in order to proceed with filing my taxes.As a loyal customer of over 8 years, I have never had to experience such unprofessional treatment. The way Ruth spoke to me and treated me was unacceptable, and it was clear that I was being racially profiled based on the amount of money I make.I immediately walked out and went to store 14728, located at 2100 14th St, Ste 115, Plano TX. The manager there, Cynthia Gist, provided me with excellent service and made me feel valued as a customer.I hope that the management at store 10234 takes this matter seriously and reevaluates the way that they train their employees to treat customers. Racial profiling is never acceptable!

I have been in Plano for 5 years going on 6 and ever since I moved here I use Cynthia on 14th, she is awesome always ready to explain all the time and ready to solve any problem you have and if that's enough she's also a notary and can help you with that, she's defenetly a people person!!!! And on the downlow their snack bar is the bomb! I highly recommended them!!!!

Just want to say...I did my taxes here and it was the best experience ever. Cynthia is wonderful. She gave me the most refund possible. It was super easy. I am glad I found them. I will not go anywhere else.

I've been with liberty taxes for 5 I would love to give a special shout out to Ms. Cynthia she actually takes the time out to help you understand what's going on with your process. She's located on 14th Street in Plano very sweet lady. Once again Ms. Cynthia see you next year.

Customer service was trash. Once they finally told me to come over to them she walked around for like ten minutes. Her name was Cynthia Gist i only know that because the other lady that didn't know what she was doing said her name. After all that they told me I didn't make enough to file which is a lie. I will never do business with them again had customer in there flirting with Cynthia lady totally unprofessional.

I have been going for years to do my Taxes here. The ladies are super knowledgeable. I have never had any issues. Now since they know me and have done my taxes it's super easy. I can even drop it off and they will call me when they are done.
