Been buying from lids forever. They always good to me

Bought a cap on Saturday, went back on Sunday to see if it could be replaced (stickers on it left a glue mark). Although hours say open till 6:00, the place was closed around 4:30. I called several times prior to going there, calls are not answered, no voicemail option. Called again on Monday, still no answer.
