This Storage unit was a little smaller, HOWEVER, it's nice, property stays clean, staff members are nice it's in a good location and safe to keep your belongings here.

Darell and John are so great & amazing humans! Whoever has extra space storage, listen go, you guys! Go get the new app if you don’t have it, it is everything, the gate open by itself with the app you guys! What ain’t no storage doing that, that I know anyway. 10 stars

I love the facility. I had one in Mellisa Texas, but I moved out because the system has you get the low price for a couple to a few months and then the company starts raising your monthly rental. I have now got a smaller unit in the Plano area.

Our stuff has been safe with Extra Space for the last year. Unfortunately like many others, we've had our rates frequently raised, but today Darrell was able to take care of us and help us keep our stuff in Extra Space units for the next couple months before we move.

I have used this storage for a decade! Through 3 different acquisitions! But I have to say, right now I have experienced the best customer service I have ever had. This is due to one shining person; Darrell! This man cares! I am not just fluffing here, he really does care about us renters! He will fight for you, assist you, and make sure your storage experience is like no other! I have had many storages over my life, and most workers are just “doing the bare minimum”. Not Darrell! I only hope that all Extra Storage locations have a “Darrell”. Blessings!

Wow! I just moved in about three months ago at a rate of 28.00 a month and just got a text telling me my rate will go up to 56.00 in July. Double???? I tried to respond to the text and it put me through a chatbot and kept saying it didn't understand my inquiry. What a rip off! I'm getting my stuff out and will be instructing my sales team to not use Public Storage down the road.

Corporate Extra Space notified me they were increasing my monthly rental rate by 60% (!!) after just 3 months of rental. This was because my “promotional” rate had expired. I was already paying 15% more than the promotional rate that was being advertised when I rented my unit. When you’ve filled a 10’X20’ unit, and your new house won’t be ready for another 90 days it’s not like you can just up and move. Site Manager Darrell want to bat for me and we settled on a 15% increase for the remainder of my contract. I appreciate his willingness to raise the issue and provide a mutually agreeable resolution.
