LifeCafe at the Plano location offers a comprehensive fitness experience in a clean, friendly environment. The facility, though somewhat older, is well-maintained and constantly kept clean, with staff members who are helpful and welcoming. The gym features a wide variety of fitness programs, including the well-designed GTX group fitness classes suitable for different fitness levels, and extensive yoga options, mostly hot yoga, in an elegant environment. The locker rooms and weight floors are considered outdated by some members, and there are concerns about maintenance and cleanliness at peak times, but staff generally respond quickly to any issues. Members praise the staff for their helpfulness and friendliness, noting that the men's locker room is a good place for networking. The gym also has a large tennis complex next door, adding to its appeal. The facility includes a food area called LifeCafe, which offers healthy and convenient options like salads, sandwiches, smoothies, and meals for children, with choices for gluten-free and vegan diets. The on-site food service is appreciated for its variety and quality. While some reviews mention rude front desk staff and outdated amenities, overall, the location strives to deliver a high-end experience and maintains a positive atmosphere. Many members consider it a second home, especially for activities like swimming and socializing. Despite minor concerns, the gym remains a popular choice for those serious about fitness and wellness.
They need training on how to make an Americano. Do not top it off with coffee.

Did an alpha class here. I liked the instructor. This is your traditional lifetime you'd find in any suburb. Clean facility. Generally lifetime does a great job of putting their clubs together and in my opinion dominate the market. Also this location has a huge tennis complex next door.
