Based on my experience, I do not recommend this place. The first day I went in May 2024, I waited for an hour then the electricity went out and they told me that they could not understand me because they did not know until what time the electricity would return, this after having paid the receptionist She said to come back another day to just bring my receipt, I came back 3 weeks later but I forgot the receipt she said we can't serve you without your receipt I said but well I'm sure you have me in the system she didn't even ask my name and she said so and so I said Yes, he said, yes, here it is, well, he did find me. After that, Mrs. Gloria came out with an arrogant attitude and told the receptionist, here, give her this receipt. After waiting for a while, they finally attended to me and I received information about what I needed for my process. and I paid $453 by card (the same as the lawyer charges) that is what the office charges to fill out the forms and I returned another day to bring all the required information this was in July, in September I received a migration letter saying that it was not They delivered all the papers needed for the procedure, they called me from the office to tell me that I need to bring a money order for $55 dollars because immigration was charging more which was not true!! and that the payment had to be made for them ( The office had not processed this almost 4 months after I made the payment, I think the office should have realized on the third day! She said to proceed with the application that I needed to see my statement where it shows that if the payment was made, it was not my fault that the system was down when I made the payment now she wanted to charge me $55 dollars more when it was the office's fault it was negligence on the part of the corporation for not sending all the information. I don't understand why the government allows these places where they only deceive people. I haven't seen my mother in 24 years and I was looking forward to that permission. This happened in the office. It is definitely better to pay a lawyer, this was just a request for time. Terrible service. Well, from my research, it seems that they are not updated with the migration prices. They changed the prices in April. I went to the office at the end of May, and they didn't notice the changes. It's not credible.

Purely easy cases don't let just one person enter.' because ?? Because they don't want to be asked questions, just work permits, these "Notaries" get nothing recommended, don't waste your time $$, much less put your case at risk with this place

When you enter the office there are two ladies, who really don't help you at all, you ask something and they just tell you sit down and wait!
In a nasty tone, if you came with a good attitude, they ruin it for you.
There is only one lawyer who you never get to know because the ones who serve you are advisors who do not answer any questions, they tell you that they do not know because all cases are different.
But that is if when you arrive they make you pay 50 dollars, and they make you sign that there is no refund, you practically give them 50 dollars for taking away your time, and leaving with doubts
You ask something specific and they just keep typing on the computer, as if they were looking for the answers on the internet, they never look at your face or show interest or attention towards you.
If you go after 10 they tell you come tomorrow it's not appointment time, good day!
With a *good morning* they cut everything off in a tone of saying that I'm not going to answer you anything now, go away!
In truth, the bad attitude and attention is what makes you see that you would not advance, there is a lot of disinterest they show towards the person.
There were people who came and asked for the lawyer and the girls at the reception said that she was not there, and the people who were already there and had paid were made to wait a long time to see the lawyer.
I am writing my experience so that the same thing does not happen to you since in the 3 hours that they kept me waiting I was able to observe quite a few people who came out upset and quite a few more who left with doubts because they were not resolved, hoping they would improve their service.
If you are looking for a lawyer or advisors to help you with your American citizen case and you want to ask your partner, this is not the right place!

Save your time and money go with a real lawyer, they only waste your time and don't talk to say the right things, they only take cases they can and if they can't they send you to the best lawyer in Dallas (fake). They want to charge for everything for a simple question.

The service is not useful because they do not give you the time necessary to ask the questions or doubts you have.

This experience was one of the easiest. It is very stressful at times because USCIS asks for so many things that you think it will never come. But with Light of Hope immigration they explain everything to you and give you all the information and help you need to fulfill your dreams. Everything comes with time and even though we live in another state, everything could be done easily.

The process was better than expected. Communication was good and I always felt in the loop of what was going on. The cost was very fair as well. I would highly recommend Light Of Hope.

We contacted this company for advice, we went there and waited three hours to meet with a lawyer. Not only that, they took our money before the consultation, which I think is unacceptable, we never received an answer to all our questions. They really take advantage of people, people need help, but they only take their last money. I really don’t recommend going there, you will be left with nothing. Walk around them three blocks away. I hope this information will allow other people to avoid our mistake.
