Thank you so much to Robert for taking the time to explain how repairs would work if I filed a claim on my Honda and also a huge thanks for being so courteous and taking some scratches off my husband's truck. I am extremely thankful and will bring my car when I file my claim.

And of course your number transfers to a call center that does not answer, if it does in 40 minutes or so. Extremely disappointed.

Iāve come here in the past when it was linear collision, now Gerber collision and glass. Brent Ash was the manager that I worked with. What a great guy. First of all the work the shop did was tremendous. Andā¦ I got a full detail on my car when what they were working on was the front bumper! They even cleaned off my soiled seatbelt! That is some kind of service! Brent seems to know a lot of the people in various insurances to include mine and helped with the final adjustment. This is most definitely the place to go if you have a little fender-bender. And Brent, I canāt thank you enough. You have a seller group there.

I had a car that someone backed into a week after I bought it, and found this location although it was under a different name and eight years ago. They did a wonderful job, kept me informed and worked with the insurance company on my behalf.
Recently, when I had a minor incident with a HUGE rock. I made sure to stop at this location to get a quote among others. The manager recommended that I pick up the replacement part and bring it back and they would put it on for me. I could not have been more pleased so immediately ordered the parts I needed and my car was back to looking good again in a few days. Hopefully, I will never need to have my current car repaired due to an accident, but if I do, I will definitely be back.

I hardly review but, for some reason I felt like being on one today. Look, I do understand the liability put on a business for providing quotes over the phone (on a specific part mind you). This could be a company policy, or just a business tactic to leverage an easier sell, while enticing the āeh, Im already here, letās just do itā. In any case I was just simply looking for an āabout rangeā quote for both front and rear windshield replacement on one of the most common cars on the road. Typically I give a shop specific details like any additional components as in: heating elements like defrosters, and or rain sensors or anything my glass would need to function properly and safely. I was very clear my make and model does not have any additional features besides defrost and wanted to just get an idea of how many dollars need to put together. Due to convenience, it would have been best to take my car here (not road safe currently). Instead I will haul/ tow it further to avoid who ever I spoke with on the phone today. What a poor sense of hospitality. Weather he was adhering to company policy or not, this dude was just straight un-hospitable and was quick to put me off with no care. I have received 2 other quotes. He told me they could come back with an extra $2000 dollar charge due to a possible feature they didnāt include in original quote (his point of not giving quotes over the phone and having to see the car, which i respect, but makes me prefer the friendlier shops who donāt think Iām a moron, gave him clear information in what I need). I understand the logic but Iām just attempting to collect info so I can put my funds together before SPENDING funds in hauling it up there just to get a MF** quote. Weāre human, just give me a break and a little info. Anyways they lost my business. Who charges upwards of $2000 on a windshield anyways?

Amazing workmanship! My 2006 S2000 looks better than new. Adam Godinez and his expert team repaired the extensive hail damage to my car (it looked like a golfball), then repainted it matching the New Formula Red original color (red is a hard color to march) and powdered coated the wheels a glossy black. All along the way, Adam kept me updated. I am still smiling just thinking about how beautiful my roadster looks.

I have nothing but the best to say about my experience with Linear Automotive. My car was in a terrible hail storm and I was so anxious about the cost and time it would take to fix it. Adam made everything so easy and smooth. They were able to keep the cost in range so I didnāt have to pay anything out of pocket and they got it done 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They truly treat you and your car like you are part of the family. Will definitely be coming back should anymore hail storms get me. Thank you again everyone on the team!

Always a stellar experience with Linear. Jason is the greatest. Very responsive and easy to work with. I now reside in Houston, and will still make the trip 4.5hrs to plano for any paint related needs.
