Absolutely wonderful pharmacy and staff! They worked closely with my doctor to get an expensive, uncovered medicine fully covered with my insurance! So thankful for their hard work and compassion! Could never use another pharmacy :)

My neuro prescribed a new-ish NSAID for breakthroughs. It's not covered by insurance and was going to cost me almost $1000. My lovely CVS pharmacist (no sacacsm, I really do love her) was able to knock it down to $650. To be honest, I've spent more on migraine treatment and would again if I had to.
I emailed my neuro, explaining the cost and asking if there were samples or other options. Within 30 minutes, I got a call from Live Oak Pharmacy in Plano. They received my prescription from my neuro and asked if I wanted to pick it up or have it delivered. I asked how much the copay was, and they said $0. I asked if that was for real, and they ensured me it was. So I asked to have it delivered if it wasn't too much trouble. They said not at all, but it might be tomorrow or the following day.
Today was the following day, and my meds arrived. No cost for the drugs or the delivery. I am beyond stunned and grateful for the wonderful customer service and assistance provided by the pharmacy and my doctor.

I have been coming here for years and will never go anywhere else. Bilal, the owner, goes out of his way to make you feel special and he will find the best price or he will be honest and tell you where you might try. He is a local business, with no other locations so they do their best. Every pharmacy has hiccups now and then, but as long as you do your due diligence, and follow up on your prescriptions, it's always great. Will be coming for years to come!

This pharmacy deserves more exposure. I have not once regretted switching to them since referred. The service is immaculate, delivery is always done in a timely manner and they will go above and beyond if there is urgency. The pharmacist is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They merit 10 stars.

I got a root touch up with bayliage and hair cut. I have thick hair, and Lana was very patient and attentive. I am super happy with the result :)

This pharmacy wouldn't give me a 90 day prescription of Ozempic saying their supply was low but they actually told my insurance that they lose money when selling more than one 4-pen box at a time so they don't do it. What scammers!
