My experience with this company was awful. They were unresponsive and when they did reply after 4-7 days they often simply ignored my requests. I have been a digital marketer for over a decade and I can not express how dissatisfied I was, DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. It seems, that according to reviews, the company used to be pretty good. It is also obvious, according to reviews, that period was over a year ago. They are a three person operation with a developer in India and they simply do not have the bandwidth or capacity to accommodate a company trying to scale. What is worser is that they leave their clients feeling like the client's business is not important to them. TRANSLATION: They don't care!
I say again JUST DON'T DO IT.

I started working with the company with many concerns but their service and work was amazing. They work very quickly and very patiently. They have a great way of managing the entire website building process - everything is very organized and clear, everything is documented and known. They ask and characterize at the beginning of the process, excellent graphics and design people, the relationship during the process of the site is excellent and the design and content are very suitable for the client. It is hard to find the right words to describe the quality of the work and the satisfaction, but there is an amazing and very professional team there.
