They lost my package and their “proof of delivery” said that it was signed for by the “mail room”. I had it shipped to my house, I do not have a mail room. Their proof of delivery didn’t even include a picture either.

No delivery date is ever provided or even a heads up that it's out for delivery. I will never understand why this information is never provided.

Every time the package late arrives the worst delivery company ever they don’t care about your time DONT DEAL WITH THEM and if you did through 3rd party Ask them to change their delivery company I promise every time the packages arrived late
