Customers bring broken parts and the staff immediately recognize the problem and have the parts to fix it. However, one customer received really bad customer service, was being overcharged, and a salesman was rude, until another salesman caught him and stopped him. Another customer was met with a smile, explained the problem, and the salesman knew exactly what was needed. The kindness and amazing customer service brightened their day.
