Tried to return some earrings I had within the timeframe. The manager Neil and lady gave me a hard time. I was not able to return the earrings. Do not buy from them. I never wore the earrings. They are very rude and unprofessional. I will never purchase anything else from them. They also never sent my receipt. I had to call and ask for a copy. Nope! Never again!

I would rather give - 0 star for such fake smile attitude.
Even after buying sandals day before yesterday she said restroom is just for employees and not for a public.
I wasn’t a public I am your regular customer miss.
They all need to learn what hospitality is. They should all learn from LV stores in NY specially located in 57th street. Such great gesture from gate keeper to billing.
I loved each and everything about that store. From now on I would rather use them for online purchase but I won’t enter this pathetic store in Legacy.
I love how Farid from NY store looked after me and would still be in touch with me after I have shifted to Texas.

Louis Vuitton at Legacy West gets a three-star rating from me. The store is really nice, clean, and well-represented, showcasing the brand beautifully. However, my only issue is the staff—they weren't friendly or helpful. I just wanted to browse, but they walked around like I was going to steal something. Come on, I own a ton of stuff from LV! Just because it's expensive doesn't mean I'm going to steal it. A more welcoming attitude from the staff would make the shopping experience much better.

Love this store. The staff is amazing. I also noticed they have new security in the late evening who is very respectful. He’s always attentive to what’s going on in the store. He does as much as possible to help keep the store safe! Will definitely keep shopping here

We visited the Louis Vuitton store in Plano, Texas, today to find a birthday gift for my dad, and we had an exceptional experience, thanks to Sarah. The store itself is fantastic, with a wide range of high-quality products that never disappoint. We've shopped here many times before, and it’s always a pleasure.
Sarah was incredibly helpful and personable. She was sweet, knowledgeable, and made the shopping experience truly enjoyable. With her assistance, we found the perfect gift—a small, black leather wallet that exudes quality and sophistication.
The store was immaculate and spacious, providing a comfortable and luxurious shopping environment. The security guards were also very nice, adding to our wonderful experience.
Thank you, Sarah, for making our visit so memorable. We love Louis Vuitton!

Beautiful store. I had only seen the bag briefly quite some time ago that my wife wanted, so I didn't give Amy much help in narrowing down selections... but she was fantastic. Very patient with me, looked at a lot of stuff, and we ended up finding the perfect one. Bag was a big hit. Great experience at the store.
Amy, I was wrong though, she did want the wallet too. See you soon.

This was only my second visit to a Louis Vuitton store. In both cases, I received excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Both stores were, as one would expect, exquisitely arranged and beautiful. I wanted to mention Rio, the person who assisted me at the Plano Legacy West Louis Vuitton, specifically, though, as he took charge of a complex return of several pieces that I purchased at another Louis Vuitton store. Rio handled each step with the utmost courtesy and efficiency even though, at least for this visit, only returns were involved. Thank you, sir.

Treat all your customers the same! It shouldn’t matter what they look like or who your staff thinks can afford to shop there. Train your staff better or hire people who aren’t snobs.

I recently purchased a Louis Vuitton wallet but decided to exchange it for a different one after a week. My experience with the exchange process was exceptional, thanks to the excellent service provided by both Gwen and Rio.
Gwen, the new joinee, was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Despite being new, she handled my exchange with professionalism and a friendly attitude, making the experience smooth and hassle-free.
Rio, the manager, was also extremely helpful. Even though they have a busy schedule, Rio took the time to assist me and ensure that everything was handled efficiently.

Absolute horrible customer service. An iconic brand being sold by amateurs with no sense of customer service. They will take your money with a smile, and then leave you high and dry if after-purchase support is needed.
Possibly idiocy on my behalf, yet I’ve spent well into six figures over the last several years on purses and clothing. Why? Quality leather product that lasts. But, what happens when you ask for help when a simple accident occurs? Zero, nothing, nada.
Two weeks ago I stopped by to buy my son some cologne. Not a normal purchase for me, but he wanted it so I got it. A few days ago he accidentally dropped the $600 bottle and it broke. Called the store, but of course you can’t talk to anyone at the store since they are too busy following the smell of cash. Customer service could only send management a message and await a response.
There answer- “since it’s not a manufacturer defect, we can’t help you”. That’s it. No offer of a replacement, discounted repurchase, hey we’re sorry that happened, zero.
Short sided management leads to long term losses. As for me, lesson learned and my cash is redirected from here on out. Entirely novice move. You lose.
