Had a really bad experience in this store today. The store manager Neil Golden was very unprofessional today. I bought a Néo Petit Damier Beanie a couple of days ago and came back today as the shape of the Beanie changed.The store manager was adamant that I washed it when I didn’t. As a long standing customer of LV, I know how to look after their products.The store manager was rude and unprofessional and felt the need to call a security guard and not listen to my concern!How rude, one of the worst stores that LV has and they should be ashamed as there certainly isn’t anything luxurious about this store, especially their staff and how they handle their customers!

Worst customer service ever experienced over the last 15 years at LV. Management and customer service at this location is pathetic. I let the manager know that her lack of experience is obvious and I will not return to this location. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 15 minutes and go to a real LV - Galleria Dallas. This is the place to shop and they will treat you as you should be treated. My .02 LV Legacy West Sucks and will not return.

Visited this store tonight and the doorman along with store clerk were making comments to each other about their guests in the store. Sadly left before we could find the necklace we wanted.

Stopped here while away from my regular LV store. This location was great, they were attentive and walked away with some new LV.

Don’t expect to be met with any kind of customer support. Believe the reviews when they tell you the women who work at this store aren’t knowledgeable about products and rude as hell.

I have linked up with Briana at the store right here in PlanoShe’s been absolutely wonderful to work with.Even when my wife ordered a new ring Briana personally delivered it to us.She’s been amazing at keeping us updated on new items as well.We will only use Briana for all of our LV transactions

Rude customer service. Her name is Christy to be exact. Came in wanting to look at a few things I saw online, I wasn't greeted by staff. They looked at me & continue to do whatever they were doing before I walked in. Christy walked over after she saw me looking at shoes & asked if I need help in a “why are you here” tone. The customers looked at me like I didn’t belong in the store. I’ve never felt so embarrassed in my life. Wanted to try this location because it’s closer to me, I rather go back to northpark LV store for all my LV needs.

Let me start by saying this….OH MY GOSH!!!! I am so overjoyed that despite the not-so-pleasant reviews, I took a chance and came to the Plano Legacy West location. We were greeted at the door with a perfectly delightful welcoming experience. Christine M. is a Superb client advisor; I had an excellent rapport from the moment she shook my hand hello and my hug farewell once everything was completed. I wanted a through-the-roof, top-notch, positive experience, and I WAS NOT disappointed at all. You have My Gratitude!!!

Exceptional and extraordinary customer service today by Team Manager, Claudia. She provided my family and I with 5-star customer service which is truly appreciated and admired. Her professionalism, expertise, rapport-building, and friendliness is unrivaled. I look forward to my next purchase at LV, and will undoubtedly work with Claudia going forward!

I was trying to edit my email. All it was missing was the "m" on the end for .com. Their site is AWFUL & NOT user friendly. It wouldn't let me edit the email to correct it. I called and they said I could only go "in store" to fix it BUT there is NOT a LV store in my STATE! SOOOOO.... I was told I canNOT fix it. That they canNOT help me over the phone & I now have NO WAY of tracking my orders....EVER. UNTIL I GO INTO A STORE!!! Wow. That is AMATEUR & very disappointing. Thumbs down LV! ?

I love every visit here, although their selection of certain items like men's apparel tends to be unavailable. Their sales team are extremely helpful and honest when answering my questions. Their selection of wallets and fragrances are impressive, and they ensured that I found exactly what I was looking for. The store is always in pristine order too, and I plan to return again.
