I came there for one bag of soil and left with 3 plants and some soil. The customer service was phenomenal kind and professional. Because of Mr Anthony generosity and customer service , I can honestly say it was the best by far and because of him I’ll be shopping at Lowe’s again.

Really impressed with the customer service from Camilla and Ruth! We picked up 40 bags of mulch and they handled the pick up from beginning to end with a lot of efficiency and quickness

Located off of busy 75. If you're a Lowes member and have a credit card with them, and that's the default payment method, you can just scan your QR member ID and will process the payment for you. They do have some dog toys for sale, which is a reminder to get that furry friend a little something.

Went in looking for a number of things for a big project. Several people helped. One team member spotted that I had gloves and face masks, but not goggles. Greatly appreciated his suggestion. When I checked out, I had a little more than I could manage on my own. Kya helped me out to my car. Overall, great experience!!

I came in looking for a shelving unit and needed help finding if they had a particular unit in stock. Justin was the first team member I found and was incredibly helpful. Although they did not have the unit at the store, he helped us find a store that did have it and sent us their way. Thank you for providing a streamlined and helpful customer experience!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the recent excessive wait times I experienced when attempting to reach your customer service department on Jan 29th, 2025 at around 3:07PM. After a representative placed me on hold for over 40 minutes, i was still unable to get my request. Later I called in for 2nd time, the hold time was about 30 minutes. finally for the 3rd time I go my question answered and hold time was about 15 minutes reasonably.
this prolonged wait time is not only frustrating but also a significant inconvenience, disrupting my day,
I believe this is not what happens on an everyday basis

Warning Warning Warning
Acording to store manager Just because the container of any product says for example life time warranty or 3 year warranty does not mean anything even on lowes products i bought a hose reel for a water hose it states on the box product has 3 year limited warranty this means nothing its 3 months old it has a cracked fitting it cost $129.99 .They told me to bad we don't have to cover anything we don't want to.
So after two customer service issues im done and im sure that $2000.00 a month means nothing to Lowes but it does to me Home depot will enjoy my business over a faulty brass fitting and 2 cavas bags. Yes i have had other issue in the past but have been able to get customer service NoT This Time.
I pedict Lowe's will file bankruptcy within 2 years look at my other reviews 7 out of my 8 picks are gone because of poor customer service.
The business i work for spends a lot of money at Lowe's and has for many years at least 20 years that i know of, i came i a few weeks back and bought two huge bags of gravel for a project at our shop their was a $25.00 deposit on each bag that gravel came in, no problem until i brought back the bags and Did Not have my item # for the bags (why would I) so the customer service lady started to get the numbers but could not find them. And told me i had to come up with them well i don't know where to get the item number for anything they sell. But she told me to bad no deposit if i can't come up with the numbers.
So ill do business with Home Depot from now on and Lowes can kiss my ass. Please replyß

We had encredible service from Mischelle who is a manager at this Central Expresway Plano store. She gave us some great suggesions on potential savings and was extremely helpful when we checked out. Lowe's is certainly fortunate to have such an engaging employee. You will be very lucky if you are fortunate enough to keep her.
