I love lululemon so much! their clothes are comfy and are worth the money in my opinion. But when i asked the manager for help, she was pretty mean and just brushed off my problems. Other than that, great store

I wanted a different kind of running clothes and I was uncertain what would be best for me and Emily in the dressing room brought me so many different clothes and tops. I ended buying 2 full outfits and socks. One thing I love about Lululemon is I get help not only getting a size but attentively in what should I get. Thank you!

My experience at this Lululemon was far from pleasant. The (female with short brown hair) manager, I believe her name was Martha but not a 100 percent sure, was very rude. I was belittled and talked down to, based off, I believe my appearances. Maybe it was my youthful appearance (I am 19 and was mistaken by her for a minor) perhaps my black skin tone; perhaps both. This manager not only disrespected me as a HIGH PAYING customer, but also invalidated the fact that I had a military discount to use for my purchases. I understand that I may need the active military member present, however this was explained to me in a demeaning manner by the manager. Thankfully, after returning the purchase and finally using the discount online, the second manager at the store, who was completely professional, heard my complaint and reassured me against her actions. I still feel uneasy about EVER returning to this lululemon location again. Seriously, Lululemon needs to be careful about who they hire as the face of the store. No customer deserves to be treated as badly as I was at a fairly expensive store, such as Lululemon.

I always have a fantastic experience when shopping at Lululemon. Their selection is top-notch, and Lindy, along with the rest of the staff, went above and beyond to assist me. Even if my size wasn't available in-store, they were more than willing to place an order for me and have it delivered right to my doorstep. The staff's helpful and friendly demeanor truly sets Lululemon apart. I highly recommend shopping here for a positive and stress-free shopping experience every time. Thank you, Lindy, and the entire Lululemon team, for always going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Awesome service after all i love the new store its very clean And I saw my Friend emilie From high school She was so happy to see me when i saw her by the fitting room she was so polite and being so respectful i never had any issues with her she is amazing and works so hard if you go next time i reccommend this place she will help you if you ever need anything One thing is when walked in the store the other girl that was by the door i walked inside but didt pay attention to me but she payed attention to the other guests I know its Busy and Have a job to do or greet none of the employees were asking if i needed help One thing they need to work on greeting customers and having good customer service! this was 6/22/24 saturday around 8 need to be trained a work on their Friendly service

Racially profiled by a white cashier. At checkout she opened the crossbody bag to see if I had other items inside of it, claiming to see if there were any “sensors” inside the bag. Never have I ever experienced this at other lululemon locations checking my bag if I had “sensors” in it. I didn’t get her name but for reference it was on 6/19/24 @ 2:11 at cashier #4.

Ashley the manager made me feel so uncomfortable at this store. I came in the visit my friend but I was mostly shopping and trying clothes on because my friend raves about their leggings. Ashley was staring at me the whole time. She came up to me and asked me what I was doing there for so long (I was there to try on a lot of clothes because I don’t have much experience with the brand). She made me explain myself to her. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because everyone else was so nice and helpful. I got so annoyed by her staring I left all the clothes I wanted to buy because I couldn’t stand to be stared at. Soo uncomfortable!!!

Manager was extremely rude and does not honor their qualities policy. Dismissed and there was not even a lot of traffic in the store. She obviously did not want to deal with any returns. I feel like this was a very off brand experience from what I’ve used to. Concerned at where the Lululemon experience is, I think this could do for a retraining of their staff.
Never once did I ever think I would question spending my money at Lululemon but today I walked out of the store and don’t know when/if I will return
