I've been doing business with the Maaco brand for years and I've never encountered a staff professionalism like the Maaco office in Plano. The staff is down to earth and treats you like family. Katie was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient! She walked me through the entire process from start to finish and kept me updated every step of the way. I was given a clear estimate and turnaround date, and to my surprise, my vehicle was ready even earlier than expected—huge thanks to the technicians as well! The cost was well within budget, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this location!

I was referred to the Plano location from a friend and they did a great job on both a restored truck and a Denali I have. The attention to detail was great and the updates at every point by Katie is the kind of customer service we all want. I want to commend Amy, Katie and Vincent up front! They do a great job! The team that works on the vehicle Steve (Body Tech), Ricardo (Prepper), Joe (Painter) and Ray (Detailer) as an awesome team and I am extremely happy with their work from start to finish! Thank you guys for such a great job!!

I decided to get my over 10 year old Ford Escape repainted instead of buying a new car. The paint had really faded, but otherwise the car was in good shape! My new paint job looks fantastic and I am no longer embarrassed by the outside look of my car!

I have a 20 year old truck with sentimental value that a mobile service had really screwed up. I wanted the paint to look good but I was willing to keep a few dents and dings in the body work as character. Katie suggested the paint job than she recently had applied to her own personal truck. Because my truck was such a mess the prep effort was more than we expected but the price stayed the same. When it is time again for any of my vehicles I will bring them to Katie at Macco in Plano.

I went to Marco to paint my daughter’s car. Tony gave us a great deal. Amy coordinated the work as was able to get the ship to complete the work in our short time frame. The car looks great and this will definitely be our go to place.

After my dad had a positive experience (had his 2004 Dodge Truck body repaired and paint matched), I decided to give this shop a shot. Customer service by Katie and Amy up front were top notch. I couldn't have been treated any better. Quick to give attention as soon as I walked into the door. Attention to the details as they looked over my vehicle. A pleasant and cheerful demeanor by Katie. A thoughtful and pleasant demeanor by Amy. I can't say enough good things. I'll give an honest post-work review after the work has been completed.
I received my vehicle within 5 quick days. The 3 dents were removed, and my front hood alignment has been fixed. You can't even tell where the paint touchups occurred. Great job all around. Highly recommended.

Thank you MAACO and Amy Lowe! I brought in my 2007 Silverado 1500 pickup truck a few months back and I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am driving this truck now. I get so many compliments on how well it looks and how it looks like it’s brand new again. I have a smile on my face every time I get to take this truck down the road! It definitely looked rough before I brought it to MAACO Plano and the prices are unbeatable for the outcome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
