What a great store. Jennifer G. went out of her way to help me find all the right sizes and made suggestions for additional item that worked perfectly. All staff went out of their way to make sure everyone was being helped and were all very friendly. The selection of clothing and availability of sizes were great. I highly recommend this store and location.

I worked in Legacy West, but never went in Madewell.. until I needed a new pair of jeans! I was just wanting to invest in one pair, and that’s just what I did. With the help of the best- Kelly! She is a pro and what she does. We instantly became best friends & she helped me try on countless jeans to find the size, cut, and color that I was desiring. I was SO pleased.
I found a pair I loved. Felt SO educated. She helped me with some styling hacks too, and made me feel seen while attending to other customers too. She rocks. You should buy from here and from her.
She also made me feel seen even though she knew I was only going to buy one pair of jeans that day. That’s good service. Lifetime customer.
Also, Reagan was beyond patient with me at checkout, I was given a gift card and was struggling- but she gave all the patience & was very kind to help me.
I will be coming back & recommending my friends to Madewell & this store in particular.
Clean, friendly, attentive, serving, and knowledgeable. Well trained and hard working. Thanks for everything. I’ll be swinging by to say hey to my new bestie in my amazing new jeans 🤗

Sales associates are not nice the once I enter the store one of them asked me do you need something let me look at first then ask me then another one keep looking at me and following me I will never been in this store again, just train your worker to be nice we come here to spend our money so we should be comfortable

I decided to take my daughter to Madewell because I’ve had such great success with the quality and the fit of Madewell jeans. From the moment we entered the store until the moment we walked out we were surrounded by the most upbeat, encouraging, and supportive customer service ever. The three ladies in the front of the store absolutely doted on my daughter. They nailed it on the best fit, style, and sizes for her! They lifted her up. We could visually see the confidence boost happening just from the way they were all pouring into her. Old school customer service. It truly does not get better than this store. Kudos to this amazing team, the manger who is leading them so well, and the brand for supporting this type of customer service!

I just had my first baby 5 weeks ago and none of my jeans fit. I don’t foresee fitting in them anytime soon, and Megan helped me find the perfect pair that make me feel confident and comfortable. Then she set up a dressing room for me to nurse my baby because he had gotten hungry and she didn’t want me to be outside nursing in the heat of summer. So sweet! I love this store and it’s always a pleasant experience shopping here.

I'm pretty shopping-phobic a lot of the time. Usually when i goes clothes shopping it leaves me with a lot of anxiety and disappointment because things don't fit my body right. I left madewell yesterday with a totally new outlook.The person who helped us, Patricia, did a phenomenal job in every regard. She helped me find the style i needed/wanted, and helped me feel ok about the store not having the biggest selection of plus sizes. We ended up finding a pair i absolutely adored and i ended up ordering them in their Curvy fit, because of the way i'm shaped.I already own one pair of Madewell's and they are my Every Day jeans. I'm so excited to have a second. These jeans are pricey, so they're an investment, get somethinrg you can wear almost every day. If you are plus sized or curvy these jeans will fit you better than most retailer jeans and are higher quality in general, just be aware they carry most their plus-size stock online and not in the store front. That's one thing i'd like to see changed.Thank you so much Patricia for making my experience great and thank you Madewell!!!!!

Such a lovely experience shopping here! Staff are personable and attentive. The clothes are quality and on trend. Madewell offers a number of promotions as well. I purchased a pair of tortoise-shell sunglasses with green lenses, love.

I was meeting my family for dinner when my wedges broke walking from the parking garage. The top completely detached from the bottom. Luckily there was madewell on the way to the restaurant. I went in and explained my shoe emergency, they were extremely sympathetic and quickly started helping me. They took me straight to the sale section and started pulling out all different options in my size and even found one that matched my outfit. They were super helpful, nice, and fast (which was greatly appreciated as I was already running late). Thank you to all the sales associates that helped! And I love my new shoes!

One of the sales ladies (older, black hair, wearing baseball hat) was extremely rude! I spent 15-20 mins shopping in the store, wanting to try a few different style pants, but when she saw me walked in the fitting room, I can’t believe she said “You are still here? Gosh!” WTH?? I was so mad and felt humiliated. Totally unacceptable! Why Madewell hire someone that hates their customers????
